Damn thanks!
i still remember sitting and furiously refreshing the metallica message board for audio of the new song
That setlist is unreal
Gtta give props to the person who stood there for over 2 hours to record this epic piece of history!!!
I was there with my brother who had cancer at the time. Remember Rob’s bass issue very well.
It’s things like this that make live performances fun
Gotta love how the camera gets all shakey. Clearly the cameraman couldn't resist the urge to headbang at times.
They should really play the middle section of Battery again. Sounds a lot better when the full song is played
BRUCE PROPHET I agree...
its a damn shame they dont play that... 🤔🇺🇸😯🇩🇰
Agree, Blackened too.
I love this version of Roam.
ik was erbij!! fucking gruwelijk concert !
55:28 best screams ever
My Second Metallica show, good times!
I was here. I believe this was with a 3 band opener. Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold and Bullet for my Valentine if I'm not mistaken.
This show was awesome, as always. Greatest band in the world still!
Yeah, the wait for metallica was fucking exhausting. By the time they came on I was in a pretty bad state, haha. It didn't help that I was not a fan of any of those bands.
Those years were amazing times for metal concerts. Thankful for these recordings. Tickets sold out in minutes.
Lars sounds really good on this one!
Did you skip ONE???😂😂😂😂😂
Funny this is only 3 years after st anger and they didnt play any of those songs
I was in that same show.....I was living in the Netherlands, ready to leave that country forever, since I was married to a Dutch woman and I got divorced....bought the ticket for the show in January, waited until the concert´s day and left the Netherlands forever 2 days afterwards.....Metallica started playing too late, 3 bands opened for them : Trivium, Bullets for my Valentine and Avenged Sevenfold, because of that, I had to leave the concert earlier in order to take the last bus back home.....so I was not present in the last 7 songs of the concert...well, enjoy this personal anecdote
We will get the right bass player LMAO
It sorta seems like the new song became the End of the line, because that riff at about 22:30 is distinctly from that song. Also how can you dislike this playlist?
Just the intro. Some of All Nightmare Long is in there also.
@@FullConcerts100 I though it sounded a little like that song as well but wasn't sure
Kirk and lars said in an interview this song and 9 more were not that good but some riffs were, so they used them in new songs for death mahnetic
The double bass part of ONE😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Lars needs his 90’s kit again. Not roasting him but it sounds like a kids kit haha
Lol 10 seconds into to the concert and lars drops hit sticks lmao
Damn dude, good eye. That thing coulda killed somebody. Especially himself. But what a way to go
Jaja was ik bij
Dure kaarten maar levenslange herrinering
Whatever Rob was doing @ 1:22:57 was horrible... But his playing was great on everything else.
You can hear a more enjoyable version of that intro in Orion live Berlin 2006
