Thank you I've been waiting for this! Super grateful. This is the day I took my son who's 14 to his first concert. Metallica is his favorite band. He was failing a few classes in school and so we worked hard as a team to pull his marks up. This was his reward for hard work and I kept it a surprise until we got to the stadium. When we got there I said "Do you want to go look at some penguins at the biodome or do you want to join 60,000 other Metallica fans and go see them live right now"? He looked up and saw the poster and gave me a giant ass hug. It was one of the best father son moments of our lives. Thank you for this memory. It means more than you know.

The album release date was 8 months after he was born and the album cover really hit me hard. I play guitar too so the crib with the guitar and everything destroyed and burnt is just really trippy. Phoenix burnt it all up. He was born dead for 20 minutes and came back to life but died again 13 days later on the 26th. So many syncronisities. Was just talking about that album cover then noticed this was on his birthday. Rest in power my son daddy loves you.
Been a Metallica fan since I was a little kid, never thought I’d see them live. I was born in Montreal but live 1200 kms away from Montreal, drove 13 hours to be there. Definitely a bucket list of mine and they’re the reason why I picked up a guitar and probably the reason why I’m not dead or in prison. Thank you for capturing this for us fans, it means so much to be able to look back and say I was there.
Being there with my girlfriend n her sister, every time James would hype up the whole crowd by just yelling “Montreal!” is the hypest thing I’ve ever been a part of 🤘 great fucking show and being able to see both nights was amazing, forever grateful for this channel dropping this video so some of us can relive the whole experience in a click of button, forever grateful!

Everything about the second show is absolutely way better than the first. The mix is better, the sound is better, the playing is better and the crowd is way more enthusiastic. I can't believe this is the same band in the same venue. I'm actually very impressed compared to the first night.
That double bass under the second part of Kirk's solo, about 4:33 in ... It really blew my mind, it totally kicks a**. Seldom db from Lars these days, and this partie really is so innovative ... not on the album or usually under concerts, and it is just so f'***ing raw... Thanks so much for sharing this!
these were my 4/5th concerts and my dad got tickets for me and him for these shows and they were incredible. great to see them when i am still really young and cant wait till i can go to concerts more often . once i get my drivers licensee i know i will be going to lots i hope. id love for me and him to see them again to relive these epic 2 nights, maybe the sound will be better
