- Nearly a year after Tristyn Bailey's murder, her accused killer, Aiden Fucci, appeared in St. Johns County court on Thursday ahead of his November trial.
It's hard to believe it's been one year. I'm still praying that Tristyn Bailey and her family get the justice they deserve. I pray that Fucci gets the non-parole life sentence in prison he deserves. There's no excuse for his actions. The damage is done and there's no fixing it. Rest in peace, Tristyn Bailey and God bless you 🙏🏻.

I haven’t been following this case, so feel free to correct my assumption which is he pleaded innocent. If so, there has to be a trial, irrespective of what he may have said prior to his plea.

They both knew where that camera was and was trying to avoid it the entire time. The officer even said “Aiden you have to face the judge” and even his lawyer had her back slightly turned from the camera too. Almost like she’s ashamed to even be a part of this case.

But it’s 2022 and not a single “person of interest” ever even named. I’ve called the sheriffs department myself and asked to have a detective call me…tried to contact all of these “cold case” shows on tv any way possible, but NO ONE CARES. At least with Fucci, no one has a problem with him getting the book thrown at him. Meanwhile, 25 minutes away, my friend and her boyfriend see no justice.

It’s really a sad and tragic story. I understand what he did and I still can’t wrap my head around it with him being a child himself. Unfortunately he will have to suffer the consequences for his actions, as he should but he is a child and now that reality has set in, I’m sure he’s scared but it’s definitely a shame that he has messed up his entire life and took someone else’s life in the process.
This isn't just a kid who made a mistake. 114 times he stabbed her. That's a serious pyscho and will always be a massive threat to society

This kid has been most likely regretting what he did to Tristyn. Not only did he take someone else’s life away but he threw his own life away as well all because he wanted to experience “murdering someone” that’s just bonkers. They both could have been doing more positive things with their lives but instead he took hers away and his own. He has live with this for the rest of his life in prison which I really do not think he’ll survive in… Sweet Tristyn, you deserved better💔
