- The teen is charged with first-degree murder in the stabbing death of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey on Mother's Day of 2021. Fucci's trial will begin Nov. 7.
Fucci is a monster. What he did is unforgivable. There will be no forgiveness for Fucci. If he gets the stiffest penalty, he deserves it. There is no excuse for what he did to Tristyn Bailey. #JusticeForTristynBailey

That part I can understand. Not saying it's right, or that there shouldn't be consequences (if it's true)... But love makes people do crazy things, and she was facing the very real possibility of losing her own child. Again, doesn't make it right... But I also don't think it necessarily represents her normal self. There are aot of people who would do crazy things if faced with losing a loved one. It's easy for us to sit here and judge, but in a similar situation, we might have done the same thing. Truthfully, I think very few parents would volunteer to have their child locked up until the day they die. I think emotions and love would make a lot of parents do things they normally wouldn't.

When I watch young people in this situation, I wonder as they observe the largely clear and respectful procedure in a court room, the conduct of the judge and attorneys, the action of the law in place. Do they think about what their life might have been like had they had more of this kind of even-toned conduct around them while growing up? I don't mean to sanitize life, but I do wonder about some of the conditions of childhood that can accompany a young child becoming a murderer.

I felt like throwing up watching him look back in the courtroom, looking for his parents, that little girl never got the chance to get to her family. Whether or not he’s mentally stable, he took her freedom/life away, ofcourse I have to say allegedly
He said no to try to hopefully create a mistrial. He’s mentally I’ll in the sense it takes someone clearly unwell to take the life of another. Just because he’s mentally I’ll does not mean he does not have capacity. He KNEW what he did and in the back of the police car he was clearly taunting the girls loved ones. He is very cunning and thinks he is so much smarter than everyone else and can get out of this. He clearly has a personality defect…not your mental illness where the brains chemistry is off that medications can treat like bipolar. His personality defect is the core of who he is. That type of mental illness (those who lack empathy towards others) can’t be treated with medications unless to sedate the tendency, which does not change the core of the person. If he were to walk from this it would ingrain further lack of empathy or responsibility of one’s actions and would further him to commit crimes but become better at hiding them.

Y’all don’t have to believe me, and it’s fine. We went to the same school, and we were kinda friends but I’m 1 grade ahead of her. She was really nice, she had a Bright smile, and she ABSOLUTELY loved TikTok, and ofc her cheerleading team. We sometimes hung out, but sometimes she wasn’t her brightest either. Used to tell me that I was “too fat” as a joke, tell me my nose was ugly, etc. This isn’t an excuse for Fucci’s actions, but people in the comments section are like “She was literally the nicest person ever”. She usually gossiped about other people and sometimes even started rumors. . I remember wearing hair extensions that day, and she pulled em right off (really embarrassing for me), as a joke which really made me mad. (AGAIN, this isn’t an excuse for killing her, poor girl didn’t deserve any of that), if anyone is wondering, what the heck was Aiden and Her relationship with him? Well I remember Tristan and Aiden being friends. Sometimes she talked trash about him too. Aiden was considered the creepy kid and he had a bunch of goobers that worshipped him I guess. He had major anger issues, always talked about demons and satanic things, he once even pointed a knife at me as a “JOKE” after school. Then he proceeded to tell me he wanted to kill someone in the forest, I thought he was just trying to scare me so I kinda just walked away a bit scared y’know. Yes, there were issues with dv and sa from his father. There are reports the father even took aiden along when he got arrested for violence against others and his mom always made excuses gor everyone's wrong behavior. The kid never stood a chance in that home, but he is who he is now, unfortunately. The system failed him and now Tristyn hard.
