hes in a juveniele facility, I remember hearing in one of these trial vids that only around one percent of the kids in there are in for homicide so I'm guessing most of the kids in there have less severe charges and are intimidated by him since he mercilessly murdered an innocent girl

My mother showed me this, and some people are suggesting the death penalty, which should NOT be a thing in this day and age. Now he's 16, he will NEVER leave jail. You have to be 16 or over to go to prison. Even though he committed this crime at age 14, he was sentenced at age 16. Nobody should be put to death unless absolutely necessary. I hope he rots in jail for life. Good luck ya bastard, cos you're never leaving jail.

No inmates are scared of him. Once he gets to prison he won't make it trying to be tough you ain't threatening other lifers and getting away with it.. he's intimidating other inmates who can't defend themselves if he threatened a inmate who doesn't take shit from people that inmates wouldn't go tell the guards they would deal with him. I'm assuming it was someone weak
I do wonder how this happened, that he turned out this way. Sometimes it is from abuse at home, sometimes it is from parents who don't set boundaries and say everything a child does is great, and sometimes it's not clear what went wrong.

If you are tried as an adult then an adult charge of murder should also be applied.. It makes no sense to say one thing but then take that out of it.. No.. This kid is sick.. He is lost.. Minors that do this and are tried as adults must face the death penalty.. This law should be passed.. No more housing utterly murderous and dangerous people.. They should be put to death.. If you increasingly become more violent and aggressive in jail towards others and you have a max sentence.. Put to death.. End this nonsense. Serious crimes must be dealt seriously the entire time.. Not just in a court room.. I think the amount of food prisoners eat should also be cut down so they lose the ability to grow muscle and bulk.. There are a lot of very serious changes that need to be made to the system.. Its broken.
