I am currently working on leaving a relationship I feel is quite toxic. I have left so many times but I am determined for this to be the last. Thank you so much ladies for this episode. It made me feel I am not alone. My greatest desire for my next relationship is to be loved softly and peacefully.

Thank you so much for sharing...I'd also like to bring to light another indicator of a toxic trait called Stonewalling: A communication behaviour characterized by a person's refusal to engage, discuss, or respond to their partner during a conflict or disagreement. It involves deliberately shutting down communication and emotionally withdrawing from a conversation. This behavior is highly detrimental to relationships, particularly in intimate or close settings such as marriage.

Thank you for this episode. I have learnt quite a a bit. However, I would like to just point out something that I personally disagree with on the matter of spirituality. It is so sad that this man made religion called 'Christianity' has made so many people believe that God enjoys seeing us suffer (what Sharon said about Christianity glorifying suffering). Do not forget that Jesus Christ came to bring the Kingdom of God on earth not Christianity. Please do not buy into the lie that the devil has made so many believe that if you are a believer of Jesus Christ then suffering and lack is the way you show 'humility'. Your suffering DOES NOT GLORY GOD IN ANY WAY! PS. Everything is spiritual not some things but everything.

I was married to a narcissist who came from a narcissistic family. When I I started pointing out what he was doing to me they took his side and made me feel soooooooo small. They blamed me and said men are like that and that it's my responsibility as a wife to make my marriage work

I loved the episode so much, and I definitely agree with the idea of soul ties, I know that, it's usually a tricky topic to unpack but I also believe that life is spiritual and soul ties are real. So as much as we do the self work, it's important for us to pray and involve God in everything we do.
