Following your link, i checked the following with the same results. 1. Made sure my account was active and logged in. 2 clicked the free blue button and waited for a warning or message to popped up, none of which happened. 3 checked my downloads folder to make sure there were no new files. 4 check the download manager in Chrome and no file was downloaded from the adobe exchange website. Why is happening? IDK

had trouble with Chrome... worked in Safari. After download, restart illustrator and it will show up under window>extensions>ArcGIS
