I second this.. unfortunately I found myself becoming very frustrated a couple of times with my performance in this practice. I’ve been going through a lot of things in my personal life and this is a good reminder of how I need to just breath and strengthen my mind and body more. Thank you Flow for your guidance and helping me through these tough times
You are not weak, just not used to it. Dont be so hard to yourself. Especially when you take time and effort to step on the mat. Have a nice weekend! :)

Love the meditation to end this: we are all born with peace, love, and harmony inside us. We know these qualities and have these qualities,but are lost as we go through life and build defense mechanisms. Thanks for helping reconnect us to these.
This class was a leg cooker. It required lots of concentration and slow breathing. I will do it all week this week in order to master it and gain strength. I started repeating classes a few days in a row and it enriches as well deepen my practice. Thank you 🙏🏼 for this excellent class.
I like your new place. The breathwork is continually healing me from the effects on my lungs from a covid infection. After eight months I'm almost at 100% and no more cough. TY for the practice.
LOVE this amazing swift practice. The spinal twists were liberating!! And the pranayama in the end was an icing on the cake! Thank you guys for such a great flow!
What a challenging but enjoyable practice! I wish you would give more instructions about which muscles need to be tensed in positions to keep stability. Sometimes I realise I'm not flexing a muscle and suddenly I have more stability. Wondrerful class! Namaste.

I found this class very challenging, even discouraging at times as it went beyond my limits. Those leg sequences! The breathwork was a great addition and made up for the suffering. I’ll come back and try it again in a while to see if my skills improved. Thank you Flo for providing another great class!

I ran a couple miles earlier today so this was pretty intense on the legs, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Also, this breathwork was fantastic. It seemed to be basically a combination of alternating nostrils and box breathing, highly meditative. Thank you!
