I’ve only had my eyes for about two years and it just started some weird issue with it not starting at all every time I press the start button and I go to quick wash or any other wash. The soap light will come on if I touch any other button on here. The soap light will turn off and on

Since I got this I haven’t been able to wash more than 10 items at one time no matter if I make sure everything is even , etc . Now….. I currently have the FD code every time I go to wash or drain / spin only …. The lock on the lid keeps clicking …. And I cannot wash anything now. Help please
