- Very Blessed to have the chance to get the "AQ" early. Been hunting / playing / learning / testing getting to know it's habit and use it in and out of the water. After several years of messing with PI detector's I found one that fits my needs perfect and I enjoy using it... Between the Impulse "AQ" and Excalibur I don't see anything that can match this combo in the water for me.
Cant wait to get mine!

OMG, that was impressive. To hit a nickel almost at 20" . I own the Whites TDI Beach Hunter. I very highly doubt it would come close to what the FAQ did. I want one now lol

Неплохо, глубина чуть меньше, чем у Интроника ) Только непонятно - то ли он слишком чувствителен к изменению зазора от грунта, то ли оператор так специально настроил БГ, что прибор гудит при приближении к грунту, чтобы поднять чувствительность к цели.
Какого размера и частоты катушка Интроника идеальна для пляжного поиска?
Intronik e un metal detector inutilizzabile quasi da per tutto , funziona solo con test in aria e in terreni non mineralizzati .... Quindi il Fisher aQ e molto più potente e più performante ..... Cmq se tu parli così di 2 tecnologie così diverse penso che tu parli solo per parlare perché mi sembri un principiante di quelli che e trano a guardare i video di metal detector con test in aria , non hai ancora esperienza e non hai ancora speso soldi o hai preso fregature in questo mondo evasto .....

do you get any falsing on the wet sand using the 7 uS delay
Not on the wetsand but in rough saltwater I have to adjust the delay up..most of the time 10 to 11.5 then turn the ATS to around 6...the more you adjust the ATS up, you start losing depth once it hits 8 and high..but calm salt water spots I can run it very low...delay and ATS.
Impressive.....is there some ground noises at those settings? Just trying to determine if one would be digging false signals and how often?
no, if you have a signal
repeating itself = there is a target
peatland areas / may give erratic signals (all metals)
but it's very rare
MACHINA / DIABOLIKA every time whe coil get closer to the ground looks like false signal

and in a normal prospecting
a good prospector stays parallel to the ground
(this is valid for all detectors)
so on a normal scan / even with a very low ATS ( 3/4 slow scan accordingly)
there are no false signals
if you pump towards the ground / you take the ground = which gives a signal
the lower the ATS level / the louder the sound from the ground

I'm not sure I could take that high pitch threshold. I always detect with a threshold I can hear.
that is my concern too - my hum is a lower tone on the cz21s
@@caspermetaldetecting-donde3374 this beast has a super amplified audio.A slight hum, barely maxed to your average sound comfort should be fine to hear minimum variations, trust me, is almost the same on my TDI bH.
Every time when you put the coil on top of the sand the detector beeps. This test can not be accurate under these circumstances. Besides what is the point of depth measurement without any form of discrimination?
lol.. It's a PI... Discrimination is done by the audio reply of the target, shape, size and strength... plus the AQ is a machine you take into areas where you know the target history of the beach. As far as the accuracy of the test, its accurate enough for me to buy 2 knowing what it can do. The bad about the machine is the battery sucks at 3.5 hours run time. Besides that ..the deepest water machine made.

secret to finding deep and older finds - i run a loud back ground hum and go for the slight fluctuations with my CZ21 in all metal and get great results where others have been - i get good targets 1 1/2 ft on a regular basis - hoping the AQ will get stuff even deeper

your test might work better by digging some holes at different depths and putting an objects in then.

CZ is a good machine also...nothing wrong there. I'm use to the threshold from using the excalibur.
I have a headache ill stick with my minelab
but i dont want to find deep nickles lol
