You can use Sedgemoor witch and Young Pyromancer to pull the combo off
I was thinking it in terms of how many permanents you will pay with for X beseeches. Because you want to increase the storm count to the maximum, it's most optimal to play X beseeches and X mizzix's mastery on them. At least unless you add new cards to the deck, you couldn't get a higher storm count - if you cast too many beseech and not as many mizzix, you get a smaller storm count and you mentioned that in the video.
So then for each beseech you will cast it twice and it will require two permanents. That means with 6 permanents you can cast 6/2=3 beseech regular cards and then use mizzix's to cast those 3 again at which point you run out of permanents. With 7 or 8 permanents you can cast all 4 beseech spells first without running out of permanents too soon.
The maximum damage is (#_of_permanents + (#_of_permanents/2 {rounded down}))*2 + 2. Except you don't get any more damage after 8 permanents because you only have 4 beseech cards in a deck. And even less permanents if extra beseeches or mizzix's masteries are in your hand. That's a maximum reach of 26 damage.
oh hey I built a version of this back when it first came out. The problem that I've found is that if you draw too many of the combo cards then it doesn't work, I like leaning in to a BR midrange shell with Bloodtithe Harvester, Orcish Bowmasters, and Fable, using Volcanic Spite and Fire Prophecy as it's removal to put masteries/tendrils/extra beseeches back in the deck. Side note, the BR midrange shell works with a dragonstorm build of this too (which I've found to be much more consistent). But the BR Midrange shell gives you another angle of attack, while also enabling beseech. You can also play 4 of the BR artifact land that comes in tapped in the mana base, slows the deck down a tad, but they can come in clutch while comboing.
This was peak dingus jank I was laughing every match regardless of the outcome.

28:45 normally you would only have 22 damage here (not 24), but you cast a Terrarium at the beginning of the turn, which increased your storm count by 1
King Dingus at it again! I built a version of this deck when I saw it used against me. And while janky, it's too slow for historic. Now if he could find a way to blend yesterday's deck with this one, when you copy a spell that was bargained you don't have to pay for the bargain on the copy. Which would also help with spell count for the Tendrils.

Let B=LibraryBeseech, b=GraveyardBeseech, M=Mizzix, T=Tendrils. For exactly 20 dmg 6 perm, it needs to go precisely BBBMbMbMbT. Keeping 6 perm a constant, if it started with 2 or 4 Beseech, it'll never hit 20 dmg. (BBMbMbBBT = 18dmg, BBBBMbMbT = 18dmg). Yes, someone's going to correct me and say the 2 Beseech should be BBMbMbBMbT, but this is what happened at 21:35 (there was no Beseech for the Mizzix to target). Most of the games won was with 7 perms sac'd and 22 dmg (BBBBMbMbMbT).

I think is just a matter of: everytime you have a beseech in the graveyard you play a Mizzix's mastery, that way you maximize the amount of spells cast
The difficult part is that if the Mizzix you are about to cast is from a beseech, because beseech is still on the stack, because casting the tutored spell is part of beseech’s effect, meaning you can only cast mizzix after you have cast two beseeches, but at the same time you don’t want to cast mizzix too late because as you said that would not maximize storm count and lose damage, which made it so confusing

It actually doesn’t matter what order you cast them in, as long as you don’t run out of Beseech in the graveyard
But it’s far easier to just cast all 4 Beseech first, then alternate with Mastery. (This requires 8 permanents, for a total of 26 damage)
If they have 20 health, then you can get away with only casting 3 Beseech, then alternating with Mastery. This only requires 6 permanents and does exactly 20 damage
(And 7 permanents would lead to 22 damage. In this case, you would still cast all 4 Beseech first, but then you would only alternate with Mastery 3 times. This is the best possible with only 7 permanents
And again, because the order doesn’t matter as long as you keep the chain going, you could do this last example quite differently. For instance, you could follow my suggested pattern for 20 damage, then just use your last graveyard Beseech to look for the 4th Beseech from deck, instead of casting Tendrils right away
Either way, the odd number of permanents only does 2 extra damage, because you will always miss out on casting one Beseech from graveyard, which would have involved 2 spells due to Mastery)

If you put something with mage craft that makes tokes like sedgmoor witch you dont need to get to 6 lands or sacrifice 6 lands. It also works with storm kiln artist.
There are some better one drop permanents you can use likes voldaren epicure, that deals one damage and create a Blood TOKEN. Oni cult anvil or bitterblossom are instead valuable option on turn two.
With naru meha I think it copies that it was bargained, so I think you could combo with fewer permanents in play right?
20 damage = 6 permanents, cast 3 copies of Beseech twice each (once normally, then once from the graveyard)
1. Beseech (hand)
2. Beseech (deck)
3. Beseech (deck)
(Now 2 Beseech are in the graveyard, but the 3rd will leave the stack too, long before we need it)
4. Mastery
5. Beseech (graveyard)
6. Mastery
7. Beseech (graveyard)
8. Mastery
9. Beseech (graveyard)
(Note that each graveyard copy is exiled after use, and can only be there if we pulled it from the deck first)
10. Tendrils of Agony
Tendrils does 2, plus 2 more for each of the 9 spells = 20 damage exactly. (And we used Beseech 6 times, so 6 permanents were needed)
If you want to use all 4 Beseech, then you can extend this pattern by casting all 4 first, then alternating with all 4 Mastery. This will result in 3 extra spells (2 double casting the new Beseech, 1 from the new mastery), for a total of 26 possible damage. But you would need 2 more permanents, for a total of 8
(You can also do 22 damage with 7 permanents, if you cut the above cycle short. Just skip the last graveyard Beseech, and the Mastery that would find it)
Ultimately, it doesn’t matter if you cast all of your Beseech first or not. You can do the same exact amount of damage either way. But it is far easier just to cast all your Beseech first (3 if you have 6 permanents, or 4 if you have 7+)
If you don’t cast them all first, then you have to keep careful track of how many are in the graveyard. Each Mastery exiles one, and you aren’t adding any new ones. You will have to Beseech into Beseech from your deck at some point either way, in order to put more of them in your graveyard. And the total damage is ultimately the same
(Long story short, just make sure you don’t exile the last Beseech from your graveyard if there are still any Beseech left in your deck, unless you are ready to cast Tendrils)

23:32 here you could have done 20 damage, but you can only afford to cast 3 Beseech from deck/hand (with 6 permanents)
The idea is that you need to maximize how many Beseech you cast from graveyard (via Mastery). Here you only have 6 permanents, which means you can only support 3 copies of Beseech (if you cast all of them twice)
Casting 4 from deck/hand, then 2 from your graveyard is strictly worse (by exactly 2 damage, since you miss out on 1 Mastery)
Long story short, divide your permanents by 2, then round up
5-6 permanents -> cast 3 Beseech from deck/hand
7-8 permanents -> cast 4 Beseech from deck/hand
(5 permanents would only do 16 damage, but would start the same as 6 permanents if you really wanted to try it… Perhaps if they already took some damage from their own cards, such as pain lands
For odd numbers like 7 permanents, you are left with 1 Beseech in the graveyard that can’t be cast a 2nd time. This costs 4 damage total, so while 8 permanents = 26 damage, it turns out that 7 permanents = only 22 damage)

Wizards this is what happens when you keep adding freecasting cards.
The error in that game was not playing the Chromatic Star. That would have given you another thing to Bargain away as well as add to your storm count.
Seems like you need to learn to hold on one more turn.
And if you have to filter through star to get colors, bloody make the mana first to get draws. If you make land drops with that you're golden more often than not.
Seems like alot to risk. I know you win, but I sort of like a deck to have a way to recover if they counter the combo. or u mess up. XD I see ways to stop you, but do people play the cards I am thinking of is the better question. It seems so odd seeing you win with nothing on the board by the end of it. Still fun to watch regardless
is it me or could you actually add more free steps by replaying each mizzix from the graveyard before playing the besiege ?
