    What are the benefits of suspension trainers versus gymnastics rings? Rings would be generally better, right?

    When I attempt to do the rows with the TRX, I feel a lot of strain on my neck. Is my form incorrect or are my muscles weak in a certain area?

      Yoshihiro Yamamoto pay attention to how straight u keep your back ... also pay attention if you're reaching with your neck as u pull yourself up . Very common actually

    As good as the ab roller only easier on the back.

      That is very likely due to incorrect form on the ab roller. I had the same issue till I saw their video on how to do that exercise right. No back problems when/ after ab rolling anymore.
