This is how I want to be with my daughter too. The way you care for each child’s hair with so much love is beautiful. You are such a confident woman and I know your daughters see it. The mirror they hold to see their own beauty is so self assured and beautiful. And I love how you show every child the same amount of attention. ❤️

Watching this made me really appreciate my hair texture so much! Also the relationship you have with your kids is so lovely, open and fun! Such a beautiful family!! ❤️❤️❤️
Exactly. I remember when Amyah's hair was the topic of debate because it was in such bad shape, short, matted and messy. But clearly she did SOMETHING to get it to THIS and her hair is the most thrived in that household of alll those mixed kids. Amyah is the truth and the proof that you dont need to be mixed to have long hair! THE troof and the proof!! Yes ma'am.
Amayah is GORGEOUS!!! She could seriously be a model. I love this whole family. Mom is just awesome for taking such great care of her babies’ hair and teaching them to do the same. ❤️❤️❤️
A black woman's hair is in a class by its self. We truly should have a curriculum on the subject. We have so many textures, lengths, styles and ways to care for our hair! Most importantly we gotta teach our children to appreciate and embrace how unique and beautiful they are. The girls are beautiful and so are you mama ❤️ 💗
@@happyblackwoman6154 I'm 71 and all natural worked for us when I was a child. Straightened was for special occasions. As I got older relaxed or texturized made our hair more manageable in Florida muggy climate. You must do what you must to achieve the manageability and look you desire. Care and condition hair and scalp often is the key.
Mom is as smart as she can be. I mean she's very intelligent and did an impressive job defending her dissertation for her PHD. She knows it more important to nuture what's in the head than what's on the head and she has the perfect face/head to rock her short style. Also, it's financially feasible to do your own kids hair. Good job Mom!!!
Bless that Mom doing all those heads back to back. That's love! We have diverse hair types too and discovered using keratin conditioner and a ceramic straightening brush to save time and my arms! Bless you and your girls!
There's a stylist in the LA area she has a UA-cam channel Deeper than hair. She is great on natural hair. Love your family, please look her up I love her she all about healthy hair.
So for the 4c area in the back, she will need to deep condition every time she washes and trim all the uneven ends to prevent breakage. I don't suggest cutting it all even unless she plans to always wear it straight. If she wears it natural, just keep the ends trimmed and moisturized. She keeps it in protective styles so it will be long. I love watching y'all
I love how you have such a beautiful relationship with your girls. I love how you listen and are very patient with them. You're a queen ❤ you're role model Alena ❤❤
I absolutely loved hearing Arazo say she loved her hair being curly! I have two biracial children & they ALWAYS say they wish their hair was straight. As humans we tend to always want what we can’t/don’t have so to hear such a young child love the skin they’re in so to speak is BEAUTIFUL!! Thanks for sharing ❤️
Many years ago a Japanese kid asked me to put her hair in a pony. The hair kept slipping through my fingers I had to ask an Asian colleague to help. I have adored my afro since and would never change a thing! I love the thickness despite having days when I just wanna give my whole head to someone and get it back after they have washed and braided the hair.
I did too! I also do think that all hair types are beautiful... I do love my hair. I stop using heat on it. Love the naturalness of how soft and silky my curls and waves gets. Hopefully your kids will appreciate theirs oneday. 😃
That’s not true. I have curly hair and would definitely not want straight hair. Plenty of curly girls are happy to be curly. The ones who are not may need help to reaffirm how beautiful their hair is.
Love your channel!! You remind me of my grandma with your old school hairstyling; chore assignments; and over all parenting!! It takes me back to watch you and your beautiful family!!
I love the way she leads in showing the girls to love their natural hair! Yes, trying straight is different, but they absolutely love their curls! I’m trying to teach my boys to love and accept curls as well. My oldest sees me straighten my hair and says “I like it better that way” and I have to explain to him how black women need love and encouragement in their natural states, not just when they wear weaves or press their hair.
It's wonderful that you're teaching your boys this. Alot of times you see people say "let's teach our daughters how to love their hair," but forget self love only goes so far. I think teaching your boys that all hair types are beautiful will help make them in to wonderful men one day.
@@chelseaalexus1839 I also do this for my younger siblings every month😭😩 but bc you’re having fun and doing something you’re somewhat “passionate” about its fun. Thank you all for consistently using my fiancé's music in your videos (Chief Takinawa). You guys have no idea how much this means to him! It's ironic because before we met I became a fan of your channel. When he told me that a channel called, "Mazelee" has been using his music I freaked out lol. Thank you ❤
Looovveee their hairrr. When flat ironing, better to use a heat protectant serum rather than a leave in conditioner. I love the silky infusions one. I have 4c too. It gives it more of a silky finish, but most of all, puts a serum seal on their hair to protect it from heat. Best to apply before blow dry and a little before flat ironing. Also some wand curls during flat ironing would really add some life and bounce to their hair. Or some big rollers as a roller set. Just something to add some life to their ends. Idk how you do it though 😩
I'm SO loving this video because AMYAH is proof that you dont need to be MIXED or NONBLACK to have long beautiful hair. Shes the only non mixed person there besides Alena, yet Amyahs hair is the longest and healthiest. Akyli is still my favorite though because her features are mine.
Honestly, she basically doesn't let her mom do her hair anymore until now really. As she has mentioned in the video, their mom does all the other kids hair though and she can be quite rough and their hair breaks off, but I you can definitely see some positive changes in their hair which is great!
Heat protector spray and heat protector cream with a bit of heat protector hair lotion/leave in is good for blow drying as well whilst brushing gently and slowly is great and works without straighting too. For people who don't like to straighten then putting the hair in semi loose twists helps keep the hair stretched and sleek ☺️✨✨
It's amazing to have 4c hair it's more than just "nappy" it's can be manipulated to do anything, literal magic. Please don't sound so disappointed to have the curliest texture you are literally blessed and beautiful before and after regardless if you don't have 4b or not.
The SHRINKAGE is REAL! Doing each of your daughter's hair gives you quality time with them. ❤ I LOVED that time with my mother. Great MeMoRiEs!😍 QUESTION: Will you ever do a video 📹 taking the three (3) oldest to a hair salon to give their split ends cut ✂️? Thank you for the quality videos. I will continue to watch. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 for a healthy baby and delivery.
My mom did all of her girls hair as we grew up, she too believe in hair care and retention for the black hair. My mom went to cosmetology school when I was a teenager because everyone commented on our hair and the natural care regimen she instilled into us. I'm now older and out mother still do our hair, no funky or trendy hairstyles, but long flowing straight healthy hair styles is what she does. Plus, it is valuable time the mother gives to each of her daughters.
The hair is oppressed when it’s silk pressed. The pressure of heat and product takes the hair from its natural state to a de natured state. Good observation. Love the closeness of your family and the thought provoking conversations that you guys have. Education is a beautiful thing!!!!!
I love Azaio's meek & quiet spirit. It speaks volumes!!💝 And Amyah thanking mom- was so endearing.💝 One of the best videos yet... Baby at the end was the cherry on top.💓 Now teach them to wrap their hair to maintain the style and the hard work you all put into it. I have naturally curly & wavy hair and when I wrap it after it's straightened- the next day it is lovely!!! Your whole family is beautiful!💝💖💞
Warm up straighten lol he ain’t wrong But everyone’s hair is so gorgeous!! , so healthy , lengthy and the end results are absolutely beautiful! You did such an amazing job mama 👑🧡
Most only used to get them because of the parents.. my mom put a curly perm in my hair and I didn’t even know. Just thought my hair was like that until I stopped getting it. I thought it was just a wash and a lot of conditioner 😂 then she put a perm in my hair. It’s started falling out real bad. Because I straightened it all the time. I love my natural hair now. I’m good with taking care of it & I’ll make sure my daughter loves her natural hair as well.
I like the way she takes care of her girls hair, I don't see anything wrong with wearing your hair and different hair styles, if you like to wear your hair natural then that's OK to.
That blow dry hand sweat is no joke! I couldn’t image doing multiple heads especially while pregnant, but I love how much care you put in the process. I have the Revair and it’s a game changer. I would suggest it for you because the kids could do their own hair if they wanted and takes less time. I also have the Revlon paddle blow dryer which makes it easier! I loc’d my hair because doing my hair and my daughter hair was too much 🤣. Y’all took it back with that chant 😂.
Your next hair video needs to be a collab with Dyson! The airwrap makes the paddle brush blow dry method soo much easier because it's all in one. Works for all textures too

Beautiful girls 🫶🏾 I think you should take them to a hair salon to the professional like you stated 🫶🏾 All the best .
@@gjohns955 this isn't Joe you're replying to, lmao.
Azaio has such a lovely personality, she looks so gentle and kind.
She's so beautiful ❤️
IKR!! She is so beautiful! And I know she will be even more beautiful when she grows up🥺🥺
I agree a 100%. Inside and out
This is how I want to be with my daughter too. The way you care for each child’s hair with so much love is beautiful. You are such a confident woman and I know your daughters see it. The mirror they hold to see their own beauty is so self assured and beautiful. And I love how you show every child the same amount of attention. ❤️
Amayah is absolutely gorgeous 😍. Huge shout out to the Mazelee parents for raising such bold, beautiful and brilliant children! ❤️❤️❤️
I love amyah's growth of her hair throughout the years
loooove, love this family!❤
God has blessed you with extreme patience. I have one daughter and I hate doing hair. I'm thankful that I only have one. You are a special lady. More woman than I could ever be! 💖
I need Amyah’s hair care routine her hair is so beautiful, full and thick… I mean all the girls hair is so gorgeous but she has a similar texture/ colour to mine! Watching this made me really appreciate my hair texture so much! Also the relationship you have with your kids is so lovely, open and fun! Such a beautiful family!! ❤️❤️❤️
Me too what is Amyah's hair care routine?
Also, does she have any favorite products?
SAME HERE
She is so beautiful then all the girls are
Yes ma'am.
@@90sbaby1 yess!!! I remember how her hair use to look before! Which is why I’m so amazed by how it looks now 😍😍
I like how Joe helps you out and also the other girls. Team work makes the job lighter..
😂😂 Baby said she wants her hair straightened too... she's not feeling the mini afro today.. 😂 So cute... good job mommy! ❤️
That was too cute lol
Amayah is GORGEOUS!!! She could seriously be a model. I love this whole family. Mom is just awesome for taking such great care of her babies’ hair and teaching them to do the same. ❤️❤️❤️
amayah has the BEST most vibrant personality!! she literally lights up the vlogs for sure
Ur kids are the calmest and politest kids I’ve ever seen
I just love Amyah’s thickness & length! I knew she was going to have long hair based on how fast it grew after she went natural! 🤎
She was always natural though lol
@@jrobinson39 no she used to dye her hair
@@jrobinson39 maybe she was but I remember her doing a big chop due to her hair not being healthy! That’s what I’m talking about.
@@Mdg801 wait when did she dye her hair, and what color? I've only seen Akyli dye her hair before, thats why I'm asking

You said it all 👌
Agreed ❤️
💯💖‼
queen bee 123 yes! The newer generations are more natural than the previous.
Amyah is every black girl getting her hair straighten she genuinely made me happy with her relatable reaction.
Yes, she’s quite a lovely and astute young woman. She has even started her own YT channel.
And beautiful ! Like she is gorgeous ! 😍😍 such a beautiful family !!!
@@janinesnow3056 what’s her channel ?
Yesssss...I overheated when my hair was straightened all the time. It was thick and coily but super soft. Still soft as can be but thinning at 71.
All the Mazelee kids have beautiful hair!!!!
I totally agree with you.
They are all truly bless children with wonderful parents 💓
@@cherietillman4343 Amen!!!! They can have as many children as they want!!! Be fruitful and multiply!!!!
I love Amaya’s hair. It’s so thick, dark, and full. And she’s so pretty 😊.
Bless that Mom doing all those heads back to back. That's love! We have diverse hair types too and discovered using keratin conditioner and a ceramic straightening brush to save time and my arms! Bless you and your girls!
Amaya needs to do a hair care video. She's done very well with her hair. 👏 I could learn a thing or two.
No but FOR REAL!!
We need that video
Reading my mind!
yesss
There's a stylist in the LA area she has a UA-cam channel Deeper than hair. She is great on natural hair. Love your family, please look her up I love her she all about healthy hair.
I love her work!!
That would be a great colab!
Amaya’s hair is a real hair goal! She should start her own YT channel for naturals. 😁
I believe she has her own channel but I think it’s probably all content. I just so happen to see it, now that you mentioned it, I hope I subscribed.
I love watching y'all
Amyah is so insanely beautiful. Shes like a carbon copy of her mum. she could probably model on the side if she wanted to.
Yess
I think she looks like her dad.
@@dreamqueen317, her dad has never been shown... has he?
@@ernestinejohnson9022 thank you 😊
@@Cambrella2022 sooo there is nothing in this world that you want but can’t have?
Amyah is literally hair goals! I aspire to grow my 4C hair that length. Plus, she's literally so gorgeous. 🥹
Love your channel!! You remind me of my grandma with your old school hairstyling; chore assignments; and over all parenting!! It takes me back to watch you and your beautiful family!!
All sooooo beautiful…Azaio has such a calm peaceful presence and it was so cute seeing her reaction. Such subtle excitement lol. God Bless you all🙏🏾
Yes I could feel she’s very calm. Like my nature 😁. ❤️❤️❤️
Amayah’s hair is absolutely beautiful!! She’s gorgeous! Her moms twin ☺️ Beautiful family !
Amaya did all the washing, detangling and put the mask for everyone? Oh man.. 😭 She's a perfect big sister
Yes she is
No cause I’d break down 😭
@@chelseaalexus1839 I also do this for my younger siblings every month😭😩 but bc you’re having fun and doing something you’re somewhat “passionate” about its fun. She is the best MOM ever! So much love and patience.
Each girl is adorable, they have their unique way of being and their own special shine ✨ Well done Mama on leading the way for these beautiful young girls. God has blessed their every feature and curl, dimple and freckle. As a big sister Amyah you are incredible and so stunning. Akyli has a cleverness and a sweet, natural beauty. Azaio, you walk to the beat of your own drum and bring harmony, and you are effortlessly pretty. Arazo radiates pure joy, have loved seeing you blossom into a gorgeous, bubbly girl. Ajedi is so cute with his bashful self and will gain priceless perspective being surrounded by such bold, intelligent and loving women. Ajoui is bright in beauty and bearing, and a star. Babygirl has big enthusiasm and energy that carries her vivacious personality. I cannot wait until the newest addition arrives to complete the pack. Amazing job Alena and Joe, and the network of family and tutors that nurture the magic in these children. Blessings always xx

Amaya is so amazing with haircare! I love that she took over the role of washing, detangling and deep conditioning for her sisters. All the girls’ hair is flourishing! (Especially using the last hair video as a benchmark)💛
Mummy deserves an award she's everything in one body.. beautiful daughters ❤️
Wait....I just realized she did four heads of full thick hair while she was pregnant, and Mom should officially run for President with this level of motivation!😅 Love to see it!!🥰 This family makes the most beautiful Heartwarming videos🥰 I feel so uplifted just watching 🥰🙌🏾🙏🏾
But pregnancy is not a disease. A lot of us women can do so many things while pregnant including digging in our gardens, running, jogging, house work etc etc.
@@Flourish_today i can’t even wash my own hair and i’m not pregnant, we never said it was a disease but damn straight it’s talent 😂 that’s the reason why she cut her own hair actually
Beautiful job Mom all the girls have such gorgeous hair. ❤️❤️
Everyone’s hair is gorgeous. There is a comb attachment that you can buy for the blow dryer, it would make the blow drying much easier.
Brush is easier
I don't think the brush is easier than the comb attachment but I think it's less damaging.
If there were more parents like you two the world would be a better place. MadaMazelee is so loving and funny and fun and beautiful!
Sorry I don’t know what Telegram is😊
Kan she is!!
I love how Amyah thanked her Mom after her hair was straightened. Being preganant and doing all that is not easy. You have a beautiful family.
Thank you all for consistently using my fiancé's music in your videos (Chief Takinawa). You guys have no idea how much this means to him! It's ironic because before we met I became a fan of your channel. When he told me that a channel called, "Mazelee" has been using his music I freaked out lol.
Thank you ❤
And it's beautiful. I always notice their music. How it has evolved. Your fiance is so talented.
He's a great musician- the music is wonderful
Looovveee their hairrr. When flat ironing, better to use a heat protectant serum rather than a leave in conditioner. I love the silky infusions one. I have 4c too. It gives it more of a silky finish, but most of all, puts a serum seal on their hair to protect it from heat. Best to apply before blow dry and a little before flat ironing. Also some wand curls during flat ironing would really add some life and bounce to their hair. Or some big rollers as a roller set. Just something to add some life to their ends. Idk how you do it though 😩
Akyli’s hair grew beautifully and healthy🤎👏🏾 all of their hair is beautiful, thick and healthy!!!

Arazo and Amyah literally have your whole face 😍 I loved each girls’ reaction to the transformation.
Yes, I think those two look alike.
I noticed that too, they are carbon copy of their mother
“I’ll go to the professionals let’s see what they say” *eyes popping out* GOT ME DYING ON THE FLOOR😂😂😂😂😂
Yeah ... that part was hilarious! ❤ Love Alena!
All of this!! It just goes to show. It does not matter what texture you have but it is all about taking care of your hair. Her hair is beautiful.
I agree, all the girls are gorgeous in their own way and look even more beautiful together
Honestly, she basically doesn't let her mom do her hair anymore until now really. As she has mentioned in the video, their mom does all the other kids hair though and she can be quite rough and their hair breaks off, but I you can definitely see some positive changes in their hair which is great!
Also, short hair is beautiful too. Especially when it is cared for
@@Cambrella2022 my point is about length considering that's the mythological struggle black women have.
I love how peeps are liking the vlog before they see it. That's how you support and really thank your favorite vloggers.💖💯💥💫💖
What a beautiful family...too see how these young ladies are growing up before our eyes. Many more blessings upon your family as it grows.
Amiyah can absolutely be a model! All the girls are gorgeous when they get her age they can do the model thing too! Great job mum!

I was thinking the same thing. They look exactly alike 🥰🥰
Exactly what struck me!😃
yup i noticed that too
YES I knew they both looked like their mom but. It’s a carbon copy it’s crazy
I thought this they are twins !! Adorable
It's amazing to have 4c hair it's more than just "nappy" it's can be manipulated to do anything, literal magic. Please don't sound so disappointed to have the curliest texture you are literally blessed and beautiful before and after regardless if you don't have 4b or not.
I don't know what nappy hair is 🤦🏽♀️🙄
The SHRINKAGE is REAL! Doing each of your daughter's hair gives you quality time with them. ❤ I LOVED that time with my mother. Great MeMoRiEs!😍
QUESTION: Will you ever do a video 📹 taking the three (3) oldest to a hair salon to give their split ends cut ✂️?
Thank you for the quality videos. I will continue to watch. 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 for a healthy baby and delivery.
My mom did all of her girls hair as we grew up, she too believe in hair care and retention for the black hair. My mom went to cosmetology school when I was a teenager because everyone commented on our hair and the natural care regimen she instilled into us. I'm now older and out mother still do our hair, no funky or trendy hairstyles, but long flowing straight healthy hair styles is what she does. Plus, it is valuable time the mother gives to each of her daughters.
Shrinkage is real and beautiful. Coily hair is definitely magic 🖤
Such beautiful kids 🙌🏾 Let Deeper Than Hair bless these children’s heads with a nice, healthy trim! Lol she’s amazing!
Beautiful kids that are in need of a trim and good detangling brush.
Yes, I thought the same. Deeper Than Hair would do an excellent job!
They are all beautiful girls! And mom did well!
I think the same! #deeperthanhair over here!!!
Right she in California now lol
Totally agree with this!
The hair is oppressed when it’s silk pressed. The pressure of heat and product takes the hair from its natural state to a de natured state. Good observation. Love the closeness of your family and the thought provoking conversations that you guys have. Education is a beautiful thing!!!!!
Amaya and Arazo are twins. I loved all of the girls hair it came out beautiful!
I think so too, such a cute family
Now that you said that idk how i never noticed, they look so much alike, wow!

One of the best videos yet...
Baby at the end was the cherry on top.💓

Mom is the MVP! Great job!
Love all the different personalities like the different types of hair ❤️Mom is so patient
The girls wearing white was a trim guide in itself. Where it’s really see through is where it’s breaking off. Amazing job mom!
I love how this generation is mostly embracing their natural hair and not so quick to get perms like back in the day ..
Arazo looks just like Amyah when she smiles 😊 All girls are beautiful ❤❤
I've been watching for years but today was the first time I saw how much Arazo looks like Amyah!
Works for all textures too
Your family has to be the king and queen of vlogs, because how I saw myself watching a 42-minute video till the very end, still baffles me😃Quite engaging and attention grabbing. Love the content and your girls are adorable. It’s the 3-year old for me, not wanting to feel left out of the family hair fun…so cute 🥰
You have truly educated many people on the hair care process for a person with tight coiled hair, mixed loose hair, loose curly hair etc. I commend you for teaching your kids from young how to care for and maintain their hair including their siblings hair. I love your vlog content that am able to experience ✨️ what you all experience and learn along the way. Keep vlogging and I'll definitely keep watching. Love the whole family 👪 ❤️ 💕 💓 💗
