That was so nice! Dad and the barber were honest! The barber did a really good job. Handsome kid. Love this family! I love how his cousins interact with him... giving him chocolates.
I loved how the whole family embraced his new haircut. He wasn't thrilled with it at first. Of course, his mother perceived that, and with her positive affirmation, changed his mind. This is a beautiful family doing great things. I love following you all. Kudos to the barber for his skills. 💜
He’s actually a very famous Master barber in South Korea that still does things the old way-Master Barber Lee Nam Yeol with ~57years of experience. He’s also appeared on a Korean variety show called The Barber of Seville, where he and a team of celebrities with some training went around cutting ppl’s hair as a creative way to share Korean culture. Despite the exposure, he still remains humble and down to Earth.
hes a nice old man but he didnt know what he was doing for that style and thats just honesty but for the tools he had it was great he didnt even have good clippers.

This is a very emotive one. Pops was enjoying the similarity between his son n his hair/head from the back and mom was making sure the boy knows the hair cut suits him. I think the barber did a very creditable job. Father n son adventure in a barbershop
Man all these comments are soooo good. I can keep on giving them a thumbs up. But Joe, Alena, and the family supported Ajedi when he was unsure of the haircut and lifted him up. It’s all love in this family. Many blessings to you.
I just love Alena and Joe. They really show such love and attentiveness to their children. Ajedi is such a handsome boy and felt better about the hair cut after they showered love and attention on him. The barber really gave first rate service. I truly enjoyed this video. God bless you all.
Ajedi is too funny. He knows what he wants at such a young age. He is going to need that confidence when he is older. His honesty is refreshing. It will serve him well in the future.
What an amazing experience getting hair cut by that meticulous master barber. Joe was so patient finding a barber to do Adjedi's hair. He will definitely appreciate this when he's older. Someone mentioned Edward Scissorhands excellence.😂 Love Alena's energy and ability to make her children feel good about themselves. Jewelry was lovely too. God Bless the Maze Lee family.
I really enjoyed watching this! The barber cracked me up while hyping up his own skills. But he really did a wonderful job of handling Ajedi’s hair with patience and great attention to detail. Also loved hearing Joe reassure him the entire time ❤️

😅 I was emotionally invested in this video and watched it until the very end. Mom and family did a great job hyping him up after the haircut 💇🏾♂️. Everyone boosted his confidence after his experience with a new barber, which made the whole process even more exciting. Good job, family! ❤
I love the skill and pure mastery of this wonderful Barber. He demonstrated his years of talent creating the style this young man was hoping for. In such a diverse world it is great to see Stylist who can successfully work with various hair textures. Before COVID my dad who is of mixed heritage would only trust one Barber with cutting his hair. She is Chinese and she has the patience and ability to manipulate the multiple textures and curl patterns of my 77 year old dads hair. Since COVID I started cornrowing his hair until I moved recently out of state. He now wears his silver silky hair down past his shoulders looking even more like my First Nation Native grandmother. I love it ❤❤❤
Brilliant parenting as always in this video as he was unsure of his hair at first. The positive reinforcement really made him feel good and he looks so cute.
The promo video of Alana was great Joe. The pieces was perfect and she looked beautiful and elegant. The video quality was great too. You guys should do that style more. PEACE AND BLESSINGS ALWAYS
I know it’s not what he wanted. But it came out very nice. When it grows out it will be what he originally asked for. You look great kiddo! Oh btw I love moms reactions. She’s awesome ❤
The jewelry is pretty! And Elena’s skin is as flawless as ever. His hair looks so nice and neat. That barber had attention to detail for sure. He went in with the razor and everything!
Such a handsome boy. That barber did his thang. I love how when he seen his cousin and auntie he started feeling good about his hair. Then when he seen his mama he felt great about everything. Oh and the jewelry promo Alena looked absolutely gorgeous.
The cut is actually very nice… he didn’t give him a super low fade but it’s so clean and neat. He’s right about cutting his hair to keep it healthy. Your son is adorable but boy he was testy 😂. Now I know why barbers don’t let clients face the mirror till after the cut 😅
Initially I was nervous but thought the barber did a good job even though it was obvious Ajedi wasn't sold on the cut. He looked really special and mom's moisturizing made a difference. I love how Alaina loves on her kids. You can't but feel good after that 😅
Wow, grandpa hair cutter is very experienced. I have the same hair texture like your son, in fact when I was young it was frizzy but as I grew older it was a mixture of both frizzy and wavy and became very natural curly and no hair cutter in our town was able to cut my hair like the way I liked it. Watching your son is like watching both of you in one face. Amazing. You and your wife are so beautiful and you complement each other. I hope your sister-in-law also finds a husband (or Korean husband) too. All the best to your family Mazelee.
While I give the barber props for doing what he could, it's obvious he doesn't have much experience with mixed hair which is to be expected. That's why when we say it's not just hair, this is what we mean. Black hair is a completely different element in barbering and if you're not used to it, the outcome just doesn't workout. He didn't have a front edge, no blending, he took all the natural length that would be necessary for the type of style the kid wanted to go for. At most half an inch off top would've been fine, but he took a good 2-3. The kid definitely didn't like it, but kudos to the mom for cheering him up. Can't be easy raising a biracial kid in another country so foreign to black hair. Always enjoy seeing these videos of this kid.
It is so therapeutic watching your videos. I literally watch to relax some nights. My husband and I have 10 kids and we can relate to your family. 6 boys and 4 girls.
OMG! YOU GUYS ARE BACK IN KOREA!!! THAT IS AWESOME!!!❤❤❤ And Ajidi is such an old soul! You both are Amazing Parents!!! I love you guys and ALL YOUR FAMILY CONTENT!!! TOP TIER !!! I'm so glad to more❤ May God Continue to bless and keep your family 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💖
I loved the whole experience! I think the barber was great. He was patient, knew his craft and was very confident. I loved that he didn’t question Joe like the first barber did. Joe said this is my son and that was it. This barber gets my vote.
Your son reminds me of myself when I was a kid his age… from the same textured hair, skin tone, and hair cut down to razor shape up. I’m black and Japanese. The only difference is I was born in the 70s. So they were even fewer places they knew what to do. It was pretty much an experiment every time. my mom would put my hair in braids I like your son in the beginning of the video. The shape up was the only part I was terrified and confused. Every moment I thought the haircut was over the barber pulled out scissors and went back to work.😂 It was a long experience and I just sat there just watching my hair just roll down the gown. Thanks for the video I brought back a lot of memories.😂
He is one little handsome boy. What a heartthrob he will be. So cute and precious.🥰💯 Agree with Joe. His haircut, IMO, makes him look like the Korean idols. He definitely has the Korean head shape, hands down. So handsome.😍 Ahjussi did an amazing job, minus the slight razor nip on his forehead.
Omygod I haven't seen your guys's videos in a while, ajedi is so big!! 😭😭 he reminds me a lot of my little brother, so calm and sweet. Watching ajedi grow up is a lot like I'm watching my brother grow up all over again 😢
ooo I can feel that scalp scrub (during the shampoo) from here. He was getting all the good spots. I can tell he's been doing this a long time and he really takes care of what he does. He is proud of what he does.
The barber did an amazing job, the hair cut suits Ajedi so much. I thought he got his 'no fade' fade request spot on. Mum's cherry on the top styling brought it all together. ❤❤ Stunning bijoux pieces on Alena, she brought them to life. 👌🏾
Gave Ajedi the Korean fade, such a handsome boy! I love how he always looks so serious until he's around his mom lol I'm the same way, mama's boy for life
It was very enlightening to see a wonderful family unit . Watching Joe with his son Ajedi on their search for a haircut was very warming. Special time and a get memory. Watching a Mater Barber Lee Nam Yeol do his magic was an honor. His gentleness and patience showed while he was working on Ajedi hair. The respect he showed for Alena having Joe call her was amazing. Ajedi was super great . A respectful young man. Thank you for sharing your wonderful family. Wishing you all the best and health and happiness ❤😊
The son knew what he wanted. I was with him with every word he was saying. The barber was not doing it correctly his hair is beautiful it's all being chopped off and it's not what the son wants. It does not matter that he's a master Korean barber. I'm glad that the son speaks his mind. I pray he doesn't lose his voice., and that Dad you find your line between respect perhaps for the barber and or the Elder and for being your advocate for your son.. blessings to you all.
I was too, especially when he cut too much off the top. I was saying like stop your cutting too much. Honestly I felt like he did that on purpose because he said before he started cutting that he thought he was a girl, and his hair was too long…
When the barber 💈 washed his hair in the sink, I knew Ajedi was in good hands. There’s nothing like a mothers love because Alena reaction was everything.

Alena is a superb mother and joe is amazing as well but that support from his mother really helped his self esteem 😊😊
The barber did a fantastic cut for an already handsome young boy and the encouragement from Mum helped a lot with the acceptance. Well done Dad
I really enjoyed watching this! The barber cracked me up while hyping up his own skills. But he really did a wonderful job of handling Ajedi’s hair with patience and great attention to detail. Also loved hearing Joe reassure him the entire time ❤️
Baby boy was not here for the haircut but mama gassed him right on up. Good job yall! I must say when I travel I refuse to get cut until I get back home so your son is brave. He’s also very handsome and this style doesn’t look bad on him. Thank you MazeLee for showing us bits of your life!
At this age he really does not knowxwhat he wants. He gaddto much hair and now he looks like the he is.
I totally understand but thank God it will grow back.
@@msnandimarie7023 absolutely and it’s a learning experience. Thank the heavens he didn’t get a pushback!
His hair cut came out so good! He looks like dad for sure lol✨🩶
😅 I was emotionally invested in this video and watched it until the very end. Mom and family did a great job hyping him up after the haircut 💇🏾♂️. Everyone boosted his confidence after his experience with a new barber, which made the whole process even more exciting. Good job, family! ❤
Lo...I said similar
I love it ❤❤❤
The barber was very proud❤As he should be 💯He did a great job
Grandpa is realy dedicated in his job, he take Hari cutting seriously,. Love how patient you are to finish your haircut.
He did an amazing job, very meticulous and caring
PLEASE 🙏🏽 let your son know his hair is CURLY not 'Stragglies" ....its AWSOME he❤loves his curly hair🙌🏽... ❤ Blessings to y'all, Beautiful Family🙏🏽
I love his new cut! And mama giving all the feedback was so uplifting for him too! Love this! ❤
I haven't seen you guys in such a long time. Everyone is getting so big. Your son has shot up so much and is so talkative. You all look nice.
He didn’t give him exactly what he wanted but he did really good. He looks so good 😊 and the mom was so supportive.
His haircut looks good. He is a handsome boy. Looks like Dad but see some of Mom there too. GOD bless your family 🙏❤
That barber has skills and he did such a thorough job❤
What a loving family ❤
Awww. He’s looks like a proper little lad now 🤗
It is so therapeutic watching your videos. I literally watch to relax some nights. My husband and I have 10 kids and we can relate to your family. 6 boys and 4 girls.
OMG! YOU GUYS ARE BACK IN KOREA!!! THAT IS AWESOME!!!❤❤❤
And Ajidi is such an old soul! You both are Amazing Parents!!! I love you guys and ALL YOUR FAMILY CONTENT!!! TOP TIER !!! I'm so glad to more❤ May God Continue to bless and keep your family 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽💖
Wow you both are great parents i prayers God blessings upon you and your family in the mighty name of Jesus Christ is Lord 🙏💖💖🙏 Amen
I think this is during the same trip. But I agree, they are awesome!
He can pass as Cambodian or Indonesian
Ooo . He is so sweet baby and beatyfull. And you are good father
I love the haircut and I love how his mom hyped him up even more
He is one little handsome boy. What a heartthrob he will be. So cute and precious.🥰💯
Agree with Joe. His haircut, IMO, makes him look like the Korean idols. He definitely has the Korean head shape, hands down. So handsome.😍
Ahjussi did an amazing job, minus the slight razor nip on his forehead.
You're an amazing mom One of a kind. Joe your calm but steady parenting compliments your wife, perfectly.
He looks so handsome! Excellent barber! Great hairstyle!
I love how he always looks so serious until he's around his mom lol I'm the same way, mama's boy for life
That barber and his confidence lol Ajedi looked so handsome with his FRESH cut.
This was so cool to watch! The barber did an amazing job considering the hair type is new for him. A line up with an old school razor, Crazy!💜
He did great, the haircut is giving him a new look. Such a cutie ☺️
I actually really like how his hair came out, it has a more Korean vibe vs if he gets it done at the black barbershop ❤ either way he looks great ❤
Alena is always so positive. It’s like she has a smile in her voice. I love that she always hypes everyone up. Changes your whole mood. ☺
Good you're back missed you and the family! 🎉🎉🎉🎉❤👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I was holding my breath the entire time he was cutting his hair. 🤣 I’m so glad it came out okay.
I'm telling you, same here. Ajedi insisted on I don't want to be bald 🤣🤦♀️
On je lijep dječak. Mora lijepo da mu stoji frizura.
I was too, especially when he cut too much off the top. I was saying like stop your cutting too much. Honestly I felt like he did that on purpose because he said before he started cutting that he thought he was a girl, and his hair was too long…
It actually came out great, he just didn’t know how to style the top like his mom did
@@capturedamoment9021 it wasn’t great, because it wasn’t what the client wanted. It looked decent…
When the barber 💈 washed his hair in the sink, I knew Ajedi was in good hands.
There’s nothing like a mothers love because Alena reaction was everything.
Nice job!!! I loved The Ole school barbers style. He did that haircut proper.
