    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup unsalted butter, straight from the fridge
    3 tablespoon vodka (or water)
    pulse the flour, sugar, and salt until combined.
    add in the butter and oulse until small pebbles form.
    stream in the vodka and pulse until it starts to come together.
    remove and finish combining by hand until it comes together fully. separate into 2 discs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes but up to 1 week. ENJOY!!!
