But one thing, could you please update the metric measurement in your website? i know that using cup measurement can be very forgiving and the result was still amazing. The brownies in this vid is the recipe halfed in an 8x8 pan. In the blog post it’s a 9x9 recipe, so it’s doubled. If you're going off the recipe in the video, i'd go with what the video advises!

Becuase white sugar and brown sugar have different molasses content, i wouldn't recommend!
