I can't understand how she manages to have such healthy and silky hair despite all the continuous dyes and bleaching. I only did one very simple dye and my hair sucks despite all the masks and treatments I do.

There are many things you can do to help your hair besides just masks!
Brushing from the ends first
Washing it less
Using silk pillow cases
Using silk hair ties/ scrunchies
Using a t-shirt instead of a towel to dry
Heat protection
Be careful of putting your hair in buns bc it can cause split ends
Braiding your hair before bed
Regular cuts
Scalp massages
Hair, skin and nail vitamins
Foods to help your hair
Hair products for you particular hair type
Being gentle with your hair
Less heat
Air drying
Not sleeping with wet hair
Ect ect
@@brookecroft1658, thank you very much for your suggestions, but now I'm more depressed because I already do all those things, so it means I'm hopeless. I have been obsessed with my hair since I was very young so I started looking for information on how to improve it a very long time ago:
- For the past two years I have replaced my pillowcases with silk ones
- I wash my hair every 5 - 7 days
- Since I was a teenager because I have wavy hair, I brush it just when I wash it and even when I straight it I don't brush it too often and always untangle the ends first
- I never tie my hair during the day leaving it loose, (I can't braid it because I have a long bob so I only tie it for the night using scrunchies)
- I use a microfibre towel suitable for hair
- I always apply heat protectors
- I cut them twice a year in fact I never have split ends
- I take vitamins daily
- I have oily sculp tending to dandruff so I use a specific and delicate shampoo
- I never use straighteners and I briefly and gently dry my hair with the diffuser only when I wash it
- I never leave my hair wet because I suffer from neck pain and I get a headache
So at this point, it seems to me that there is no solution.
I have wavy, frizzy and dry hair. I therefore think that I can not do anything to change the situation since I have already tried everything. Having frizzy hair forever it's my sad destiny.

I'm worried about your scalp, I mean it's all nice and fun but you constantly put chemicals on your skin and expecially bleach, is so toxic for the blood under the skin..try to give some rest to your scalp sometime.. just an advice 😊

You can barely see the the yellow. It looks orange, which is why I think you should have tried this look on a wig. It would have more length for you to work with and do the colour more successfully.

Bleach isn’t always damaging. As long as you do it right and take good care of your hair afterwards it’s not always going to ruin your hair. You just have to be very careful
