Chicken Breasts on the SNS Travel Kettle!

Bone-In Skinless chicken breasts cooked indirectly on the Slow N’ Sear Travel Kettle. Grillaholics Herbacious Hen for the seasoning!

• Started with 2 bone in skinless chicken breasts.
• Seasoned them with Grillaholics Herbacious Hen Rub about 1 hours in advance.
• Set up the SNS Travel Kettle for indirect cooking.
• Lit the charcoal in the Slow ‘N Sear to hold around 350F degrees.
• Placed the chicken breasts on the indirect side and let them go until they reached 120.
• We checked them out when it got to around 120 and flipped them.
• When they reached 168F we pulled them off.
Summary: Chicken breasts are not my favorite, but these did turn out pretty nice. I would prefer the skin on as I thought these were slightly dry. I also took them a few degrees too far.
