You didn't mention cooking times.
Since I do the majority of the majority of the cooking indirect, it’s about 10 - 15 minutes for medium well on burgers. I appreciate you watching and commenting.
What is it with americans and 1cm slice of red onion? Here people usually use pickled red onions or only few strips and not a full slice. I think it's a bit too much
I do like red onions on my burger occasionally, but my favorite to use is Texas sweet or Vidalia onions. I like something not as overpowering. If you can find them try it. appreciate you watching!
You should purchase a charcoal chimney
Also, air vent should be over the food when doing indirect
I do have a chimney. I use it occasionally when I am doing longer smoking. I keep the air vent closed anyway. I use it like an oven. Thanks for the comment!
They were cooked perfectly and tasted great to me. I’ve never had a bad meal cooked on that grill.
