Great interview, with a great guy, who's got the industry figured out. He's in a good truck, paid off, and he has tons of experience, and yet he feels he's in "survival mode" these days. My guess is that in prior years when rates were good and fuel was low, he banked some of his net income, and now he is in a situation to ride out the next 18-24 months of difficulties. I wish him great success, and hope that his positivity rubs off on those who may not have anticipated this market recession as well as he did.
Great interview with a regular guy whos got his feet on the ground instead of his head in the clouds.Perfect forever truck Darrell! My forever truck is a 94 379 3406B 18 spd.
I wonder if that 6.7mpg he's getting after all those engine mods is better or worse than an unmodified engine? My guess is that it's worse but only a little bit worse. Like maybe stock is 7mpg...
My handsome, hardworking Husband!
Tell him to make a channel. I’d watch
