Hmm! Okay then good interview his words were spoken truth about this industry because as a driver one can make a great living trucking. You will miss out on alot of family times. #keepontruckin 😉👍🏼💯
By far the nicest Peterbilt I've seen in a while, I absolutely love the fact he runs incandescent bulbs and glass lenses. A true touch of class! Good luck from Holland!
Tim Snider at Sniders Custom Upholstery in Adamsville, Tn. does great work. I helped him alot on this truck. The stainless Lucille door sill plates were my idea. Cut them out of stainless, broke the edges and sanded and polished. Put a white backing plate on under it so Lucille would pop. Dill is a cool guy!!
I actually worked at Caterpillar plant in Corinth MS on the exact assembly line that this engine was rebuilt on. The only reason I left was to go back to pulling flatbed OTR. Since then I have actually delivered engines to Corinth plant that were coming in for rebuild. I went full circle 😆.
Glad all you guys are at the freedom Convoy for me I'm watching you guys here home from California thank you so much for freedom justice and liberty for all 2022
I had a 90 379 with a 3406b. I learned how to set the pump from a forum. Turned it up and there wasn't a computer driven truck that could keep up with me. That was my favorite motor.
What a beautiful truck! Trucking is not for the weak. It can take a strong man put him through a blender and bring him to his knees. Some of us make it and some of us just keep beating our skulls against a wall sacrificing a lot for nothing.
Love that paint! Beautiful 379. But when he said 4 and quarter game over that's the real deal. Best sounding diesel motor CAT ever made and the bonus manual pump. One of my favorite motors my other has to be the old sliver 92 Detroit that's what I grew up around going with my dad back in the early 70's in a cabover shaker with no ac or power steering those was the good Ole days.
She a beauty. That set up 425 mechanical with a 15 over was the norm in the late 80s into the 90s. I had a 379 and a 377 both he'd that same combo. I drove the 379 it had ,370 rears on tall 24.5s not sure about triple digits Speedo only went to 80. Love these videos
Lol yea how u think they got the trucks? 21 isn't even old enough to have enough credit established to buy a truck.... I don't have daddy's money to help me get started and it's alot tougher that way but hey I knew it would be hard but it will be mine
Good to see a few of still taking pride in the job... When I was young drivers were the last cowboys. Now days I see 30 drivers to 1 wearing flip flops and sweats... Or Crocs and shorts. Hard be respected when you look like a homeless person living under a bridge. Im always dressed to impress ...
lol!!! That’s fantastic!! That is one “put together” comes with matching boots. I always name my trucks. Currently I ride with Rojo Rosa Grande. However I do have matching nail polish.

To get to that level you have to be born into it.... very few 21yr olds put in the blood sweat and tears it takes to buy and build a truck like that... not saying he's not working his butt off now but he definitely didn't do it on his own
Watching these videos of these men and women doing grate things progressing in life bad ass man inspired truly.. thing is at of all the vedios I’ve watched u have posted all of them have thanked there mom and dad wife’s or some type of family… no friends it’s always family and that’s one thing I’ve fought with this whole time being an owner op looking out for friends or everyone one else but my self thing is friends don’t help when it comes down to the real deal only parents wife’s kids or family stay and stick threw thick and thin and friends flake off when shit gets tough keep up the grate vids man even at 30 younger or older people still inspire me at the end of the day age is just a number
Beautiful truck but I couldn’t ride that daily Pete’s ride rough af and without the modern conveniences like outlets and storage space apu it’s roughin it
Good job guys. Keep on trucking. Been driving for 23 yrs now. just local freight company, oil field for 4 yrs, mixer for 2yrs,, now do drop and hooks for a major retail company. In Texas only.

Absolutely stunning. And a working rig!!
I Absolutely love that Peterbuilt!! The interior is everything I would want too!!!
That’s a bad ass truck!!!
This man is an inspiration to me that someone his age has his act together. Lucille is a beauty. The best of luck to you.
his shifters are spot on!
How can this truck have a 15 over transmission when its got a set of sticks? Probably a 6&4 or 5&4.
I was looking for them to talk about the shifters. Given there is no plunger on the main shifter, my guess is that second stick is the range selector
@@rridgerrunnerik I'm super super late but the second shifter is usually the high and low that's how my dads truck is set up
You can eat off that thing Nice ride nicely built and super clean
nice video and coverage on the truck super detail
Cool dude. Love the boots and interior. Respect.
