Can you explain how this opportunity to fun in France for 5 weeks came about? Is it something you would always try to do at this time of year, or was it that others were going and you decided to join them, or is it specifically to prepare for a race, or something else maybe?
You’d think Phily being an elite runner makes her better prepared for the awkward run to the airport gate but it’s refreshing to see you’re just another human😂
Love it Phily such an amazing place to run for a few weeks WOW, Congrats on the win as well Would love to see a full workout again even with the head cam - I always enjoy the run footage and its great that you look to have a great crew to run with. Enjoy
CONGRATS ON THE RACE!!!!!! My guest room, which is directly across from the laundry room, is where I throw all things clean 😁 You are definitely not alone.
There is a pressure in running these relays that is unlike anything else! I can sympathise with the way you felt. I can - just about - remember running the anchor leg in a prestigious student X Country relay 45 years ago. Handed the lead and managed to hold it but ti was the most uncomfortable 5K I ever ran!. Congrats on the win - enjoy (if that's the right word! - altitude.
Co-incidence? I think not! 8 years ago I took a photo of the biggest pile of clean, unfolded washing ever! It came up in my fb memory feed today. Best comment 'put on a movie and begin folding'. New Year resolution that year to fold the day it came in off the line worked and I have never looked back lol! Good luck with your pile!
Don't forget to go on the Paula Radcliffe path. She used to live in Font Romeu. Lots of French men and women pro runners live here. Bon séjour en France !!
Question: I am a triathlete and i was thinking to use your intermidiate 10k plan as my running plan. Now if I would have to skip one training some weeks because of focus on other things which one would that be and which one certainly not?
Why EVERYONE looks so out of shape when running to catch a flight? Could it be something with the airport climate? Could an airport be a better training environment than high altitude…? 😅😅😅😂😂😂
Oh lord, I have that pile. There’s a 40% chance there’s a chair under there probably. You can’t really begrudge a woman for having clean clothes, can you?
Congrats winning the relay race! Cool to see Anya with you too! :D The Pyrenees are so beautiful, definitely one of the places in the world.
Thank you! Aww yeah it’s stunning out here!
Ok, if you get to your destination WITHOUT a cat in your suitcase, I'll be very disappointed. It clearly wants to go with! 😹

Probably the best video of yours I've seen so far...the whole airport sequence was awesome. Nice edit Daniel (I assume)!

Congratulations!! Next episode... Phily and Daniel meet Marie Kondo. 🤣

Have fun enjoying the grind in France! It is a tough job, buy someone has to do it!
9:10 hexagon lights look cool as hell
Please can we have a video on why you were buying a bucket at the supermarket?
Really sad I just missed the OG merch! Can’t wait to grab something in the next drop
You are such an inspiration!!! Awesome work!!!❤️
Love this vlog, so entertaining! Thanks guys! 🙂❤
The walk-on closet instead of a walk-in closet, it's time management 😂
Seeing that Philly wears the same watch as me gave me a little thrill and now I think I understand why people buy Air Jordans or whatever.
Great video - and brilliant running backdrop!

When you'll miss your connecting flight unless you run...
Phily Bowden: *Hold my Smirnoff*
🤣🤣🤣 imagine had I bought it, that’s might’ve just slowed me down!
@@PhilyBowden 😱🤣
Great video, thanks Phily! Enjoy being in France 😊
1,800 metres to France! I thought it was a bit further from Manchester…
Nice place for training Phily enjoy your 5 weeks wonder if Daniel will have done a half marathon before you get back 👍
The observation had me CRYING😂😂😂😂.
Great to see you rocking the AFD kit well done on your win 🥇 have a fab time in Font Romeu ❤
I'm glad that all that marathon training paid off at the airport
your first step to becoming an elite trail racer !!
Its late here in the States but still gotta stay up to watch your new vid❤
I was looking at my perpetual pile of clean laundry that needs to be put away literally as you mentioned yours 🏆
Strength in numbers 🥹
Clean, lucky you
Just be glad the connection wasn't a CDG, you'd still be wandering around the airport now :)
Congrats on the club win!
I’d love to know why you bought a bucket?!
Airport strides definitely resonated 😂🎉!
I have the laundry pile too!! Idk what to do about it haha
Don't forget to go on the Paula Radcliffe path. She used to live in Font Romeu. Lots of French men and women pro runners live here. Bon séjour en France !!
Would like to see jyst a day in the life while in france training
It’s coming up!
Well done, Phily.
It’s called a “floor-drobe”
Embracing it haha
Really thought that was an AFD shirt you were rocking there Phily for a moment! 😅. Congrats on the Team Win!
Dont worry about the perpetual pile of clean clothes, yours is not even a pile compared to mine lol 😂
Altitude training at the pair-o-knees. How apt.
Enjoy your time !
I mean if there is anyone I would chose to have to run to catch a late flight it would be you Phily hahahahaha
So do y’all cars read kilometers per hour. Here in the states we are mile per hour.
Why go to the french mountains for altitude training when you could've stayed home and climbed on top that laundry pile instead. 😂
my partner has a floodrobe that is constantly evolving!!
Question: I am a triathlete and i was thinking to use your intermidiate 10k plan as my running plan. Now if I would have to skip one training some weeks because of focus on other things which one would that be and which one certainly not?
I would die for your cat ❤
I'm first!
We all have that pile Philly ;)
What exactly are the benefits of altitude training as opposed to "normal" training?
I dont have a clean pile, I have a I wore it once pile
@PhilyBowden, Who you calling "Old?" I'm 67 and I'm Not old yet! 😂
There's more important things in life than putting away clean laundry
Why EVERYONE looks so out of shape when running to catch a flight? Could it be something with the airport climate? Could an airport be a better training environment than high altitude…? 😅😅😅😂😂😂
that banana was perfectly fine 😢
I have the equivalent pile of *dirty* laundry. Is that worse?
Is it fair for a professional runner to be in them races?
Big ups the abingdon flag
Brussels passport control is absolutely brutal
Curious which airport you flew out of UK from?
Oh lord, I have that pile. There’s a 40% chance there’s a chair under there probably. You can’t really begrudge a woman for having clean clothes, can you?
wait why can't the B team get any medals?
I don’t know it’s a silly rule 😞
Girl. Put your clean clothes away. It’s an easy win for the psyche. 😊
Next time fly to Barcelona, plenty of direct flights and the drive is shorter.
You are the only one with this pile, sorry
