The other day the wife and I watched 2 movies back to back on Netflix, good thing I was the one facing the television.
Lol
Good stuff!
SWEEET... Denver, Colorado! That's my town 🤘😎
A man will never get tired of pulling on his #9 wire.
You know it
Where's the challenge? the chevy is not only not stuck, it runs. send it back ! great finds
60s c10 pickup!!!! Man that was a nice one!!! I’m still looking for one that’s affordable and original!!!! That 30s pickup is awesome!!!
More awesome content
Great day. Keep up the great work and I will keep on watching
Will do!
Thanks Mortske, I love going to the auctions.😊
Me too!
That's a nice truck 🛻👍
Thanks Tom!
Well got some new toys. The Chevy truck looks like it will be a runner. Your old 30’s truck could be a winner as well. Just a lot more rust . Thanks Mortske for sharing!
I like that truck and cap!!!!
"Maybe I made everybody else pay too much."
There's a certain satisfaction in knowing that which helps offset the "Maybe I I paid too much."
Your knowledge of these old vehicles at you young age amazes me. MamaCard is so proud of you.
Much appreciated
@@moremortskerepair4354 you have no idea how good you make this old lady feel by answering all my comments. Thank you sweetie.
@@caroled5734 Our pleasure!
Two thumbs up Mortske
Like the Chevy .
My dad bought so many Chevy , Ford & dodge trucks when I was growing up , I could'nt say what yrs most of them were..
He bought them not running .
Which meant he paid $50 or so .
But he would get em running , drive em awhile & sell em.
Some trucks I really liked h wanted him to keep them.
But he wasnt in love with any of em & they were always for sale..
I bought two from him in the late 70's .
A 71 F100 that was worn out & a 72 F100 that was wrecked in the front..
I swapped out the front clip , had er' painted & I had a sweet 72 short box . It had a 302 with a 4 speed on the floor.
It looked great & sounded great..
Wish I had kept it...
It only had 39k on it when I bought it .
It had over a 100k when I sold it..
Dang!
57 Ford truck is nice looking truck. The Chevy grain truck is too. That green chevy truck is very good styling. Yes the headlights are so Cadillac like.
Kewl old Chevy there, can't wait to see you work on the old girl. God Bless my friend have a good one.
Thanks 👍
@@moremortskerepair4354 You're very welcome man!
Got real excited, thought I spotted another early bronco. Just a scout. Haha
nice old truck pet Duff for me cheers thank for the content
Thanks 👍
Mortske knows, you can't deny !
Love the 64...Hello Mr Mortske and Duff
Nice 64 and model C ! Thanks for taking us along Sir
You bet
@@moremortskerepair4354 great job by the editing team also Sir ! !
Love those old straight 6 Pickups ...minus the out of place topper .
Well done ! ..... no need to stop the check !
I can't wait for Old Man Mortske's big auction in 2069. 😎
It’ll be a big one
We dont have auctions like that much down south if we do I've never seen one looks like a good time
I like the color of that old Chevy.
I love you new trucks Motrske and Duff!
Thanks Stephanie!
Had to laugh out loud when you pushed the whole rig with the Old Ford!!! Love this channel man!
Glad you enjoyed
I see Duff is on the job good dog Duff
Always
Nice truck,wish I had another one😢
Awesome 64. 33.?.? Was cool too. It is cool to see the stuff they had on the old farmsteads
man that C10 would look so good with the camper shell, lowered and on some GM transport 22's color matched to camper top white
I like the way the dog is interested in your truck purchases as well.
❤ love your videos awesome
Thanks Ben!
Nice. Tree line truck fleet is huge.
That 64 is pretty damn nice!!
Love the C10........that bed topper is GOLD! Those are hugely popular right now!!!!!!! Hold on to it(Topper)!
Amazing 64. Great buy. I love the 64-66. I don’t need more of them but I still want them.
I wish I could go to a auction like that just to look at all the cool stuff I'd probably drag home some old motorcycles and snowmobiles
The C10 is super cool, I hope we get to see how smoked the clutch is, I dig part carnage.
The thing about auctions is that eventually you find out that it’s not the things that you did buy that you regret, it’s the things you didn’t buy. That truck will come out real nice when you’re done with it. Good purchase.
Ain’t that the truth
25:30 Dig that crazy groovy beat daddy-o!
Man oh man! Mortske Saturday! Bonus!! Mortske Monday just two days away! Can’t wait to see what you do with that old truck! 👍👊🙏
Pair of sweet rigs
A warm 292 and a 5 speed would be fun
No doubt!
LOve the truck! I hope we see it again!
I'm sure we will
Nother gooden mort. Good chill vid for my good buddy Bob and I.
Thanks Justin
Hello Mortske and Duff Dog
Thanks I’m Learning How to Identify Old Red White & Blue Rust Dust
Glad to hear it
Score master!! Love the 64. My first truck was a 66. Ended up putting a 327 in it later on. One day I want to have another one.
The C10 needs some love man. Lower her, drop in a little 283, aftermarket A/C, body work and paint that baby red. Call her your "Official" Red Ryder C10 with a compass on the dash and this thing that tells time! LOL!!! Freak'n mint!
Yeh always loved that body style, I have a 66 I got after I graduated high school in 1984, still have it and drive it on a regular basis. Congrats on the purchase!
I love how you pull em out of the weeds and take em home. The p/u was a great find I think.👍👍
Thanks 👍
The old ford you can tart up and paint Mortske and son on the doors..Nice
Good score looks pretty dry for most of the stuff you post.Hope you post more vids of it.Thumbs up!
that was some serious hand over hand stearing.
Nice short one, won't take a week to watch till the end.
Puddin waiting for his truck lol
Cool ole trucks
Hey Mortske and Duff 🖐 , thanks for sharing. That a good old chev truck now. I figured you would be all over a that square body though. Have great weekend 👋
Would love that 64/66 Chevy truck w/camper
Still in all, you snagged a couple of nice old pieces of automotive history there! Great video!
Thanks for watching
Duff is so excited to Inspect!!!!
Nice 64, needs to be running good.
Lord Duff we salute you!
I think the C10 needs a decal on the topper window. Maybe with American and Checkered crossed flags and some NASCAR number😁
That’s a heck of a find! Beautiful rig!
Cool! Truck looks a keeper, just needs the usual TLC. Thanks for taking us along for the ride!
Thanks for watching!
That c10 is awesome
Yeah sure I have. Get out of mom's basement and do something with your life loser
I like that old Ford truck you won at the auction, you rarely see them anymore I think that was a good investment. The chevy...always a winner and appears to be Duff approved he was checking it out like a kid with a new toy
Wow! Lots of goodies. I like the big blue Chevy and Squarebody that was formerly known as yellow. Good haul, cool 64! Thanks for sharing, Mort!
Gotta love those old C 10
Six in a row ready to tow.
Love those auction episodes. Carry-on
I really like these graveyard tours.. you know your years and your models very well.. I'm anxious to see what you're going to do with the old 32 and the 64.. Awesome .. & thanks
Those old trucks were really cool. Considering their age, they were all in pretty good shape.
Sure were
Good scores Mortske. & you’re excited! Means we’re excited too. 👏👏
Can't wait!
The 64 truck was owned by my grandfather from around 1970-75 or so. I think he was the second owner. I remember riding in it at his farm, just west of Heimdal. He sold it to his friend Arden as his health was failing. I looked into buying it but I live in Texas and it was too big of a project for me. I am so happy you have restored it. I really enjoy your YT channel.
Thanks for the info Mark!
Very cool '64 (had one like it, with a 3 speed). It'd be cool to see a future segment on it. Kinda wished there would have been another scene like the last short though, with your buddies throwing shade on each other while the helped move stuff (a time honored tradition here in Minnesota, too). Nice score!
Haha, they weren't there this time!
@@moremortskerepair4354 Did you video the glove box/ mouse nest reveal?
@@markz9190 Nope
Great auction nice finds
Thanks 👍
Good haul, my friend. Good haul. Just for reference, saw you walking up to the long drop and wondered if things were gonna get a bit weird.... Yes, the bloody things DO get cold in the winter and there's a reason why they have wooden seats (as my grandfather would tell you if he were still around). Losing skin on a porcelain seat that is -5 degrees Celsius (or colder down south) is not exactly what you'd call a pleasant experience. The thing in Kiwiland (New Zealand) is that an indigenous insect known as a Weta likes to live in cold, dark and damp wooded areas and under the lid or seat hole of the long drop is just a perfect hidey-hole for them. The Weta can grow to a body length of 4 inches, looks a lot like a huge cricket or grasshopper (but has a tan, sometimes striped body with a black head) and has a very nasty bite.....especially if it's in a sensitive spot! The bastards are also nocturnal, so if your arse suddenly blocks their way out, they let you know! They aren't poisonous, but will draw blood for sure. The idea is to go down the path to the dunny with a torch and a stick. The torch is to make sure the possum and other rodents run away and the stick is to poke under the edge of the seat hole and knock any Wetas into the midden below. Having spent many holidays in rural areas (and also dug / shifted a few long drops in days gone by), I can certainly attest to the temperature...especially when the building itself isn't quite level and a wintry blast blows up between your legs......
Amyway......on to more wholesome subjects, eh?
Love that ol' C10. I picked it as yours when you were walking around it. The Model "C" was another one I figured you'd have your eye on - and it went cheap enough. That thing would be cool if the wheezy old 4-cyl still turns, although after it was got running, I dunno what you could do with it.
The C10 however - she's a diamond in the not too rough. Yeah, sure - you could spend a small fortune fixing everything at once, but to me, that ol' beast looks great the way she is. I'd get her running, driving and stopping, replace the rubber hoses, wheel cylinders and put a dual master in (and anything else suspension or steering-wise it needs), change her fuel, oil and tyres, find hubcaps that fit (or find a set of good looking wheels that had good but used tyres on), make the tray top watertight, stuff an old blanket where the missing foam is and just drive the old beast......which could be a bit difficult because I never mentioned fixing the damn clutch! Sure, over time I'd pull the dents and patch the rust, but the only bodywork that annoys me is the bent grille and where the rear bumper has belted the driver's side rear of the box.....so they might get some attention sooner than later.
I'd still like to (at least) see a 'will it run' on the Model 'C' and go for a blast in the C10 when she's able to move and stop a lot easier. Just for ref, what were you thinking of doing with the 30s Ford with the 'C' engine in?
Good stuff as always!
Mr. M you are a walking encyclopedia of Vintage Tin!!! Glad you had fun and allowing us to tag a long! See ya Monday Morning and don't get wrecked this weekend! 😆
Thanks Glenn!
Just hit the Sub Button.... been following your operation for a while.
It's great to see how much interest there is for these Old Trucks. We had a bunch of trucks back in the 70's and 80s.... loved my 70 C10 ... 3 door Suburban... it was the beast of the rock n roll generation!
Welcome aboard Stephen!
both seem to be great buys. look forward to seeing more of this truck
Awesome vid Dude. Love your last two auction visits. You take the time to show us all the stuff for sale and dont just gloss over everything. You also pick out the scores I would probably bid on too. Except Im on the other side of the world in New Zealand so could be a little difficult to trailer home. Keep em coming Bro. Love yor channel. The Duff dude is cool as too.
Glad you enjoyed it Darryl!
those vans are bring good money would love to have another miss mine
This one sure did
This cool truck man 👨
Wasn't liking on the cap until I saw the dental molding design and the luggage rack thingy ... verah niice
The finest!
so thats what low rider is a telehandler pretty neat. the ol 64 is not to bad besides the norm. cool time out. cheers.
nice grrll that is bad ass!! .....nice!
Nice looking old C10. Do some half ass Maintenance on it and they run forever.
The 64 C10 would be a great Mortske Repair episode but it looks to good. Clutch repair would be interesting.
The thing I remember most about those old '60's GM trucks - you go over an expansion joint on the road and they go ka-WHAM. The back suspension is a little stiff.
I always liked how the truck arm suspensions rode. I think I have 4 of them now.
@@moremortskerepair4354 My brother in law had an old Ford one ton with a dump on it. It was a spine snapper when empty but when it had a load in it it rode like a Caddy. lol
@@W1se0ldg33zer Funny how that works!
Cool stuffs. Thanks for letting us tag along.
Any time!
Nice C10. Great addition to your museum of we'll get to it one day.
It sure is!
Cool truck, thanks for taking us along the auction.
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you for sharing and your APPRECIATION to your subs
Our pleasure Dan
truck 32 got the shake apart test!!
Thank you !

Wow Mort ! Great purchases, well done man. I love the C10.
Thanks Jon!
That;s a nice little truck. You should definitely do a video on it when the parts come in. You can't ask for much more than that out of a 60 year old truck. It's in really good shape.
Stay tuned
