I would convert the bar room with the three screens into my office/library. Lower the bar height down to desk height. Change out the tv screens to high quality computer screens and you could control the world!

I do like the lawnmower ceiling fans especially in the kitchen, its a good way to slice bread just by giving it a toss upward and its quick! Big selling point!
Timothy, the indirect/backlit dropped ceiling slabs in the living room you mentioned at 7:54 are typically referred to as "clouds", however I do like the name "reverse tray ceiling" you coined!

Beautiful home but the glassed-in office is a bit much--if I'm working in my office, why do I want to be on display? Secondly, why does a guest need to trek into the depths of the house to reach the powder room? NO! And why isn't the soaking tub in the primary not flush against the wall? The dust and mold that will accummalate between the tub and wall will be gross! However, I will say on the positive, THANK DA LAWD the kitchen sink is under a window and not on the island. Also the amount of light in the house is stunning and sign me up for that screened porch.

The extra fridge may be for hunters storing meat. I come from a northern state where many homes have second fridges, even in their garages for meat from hunting.
I like the model however, I think all the bedrooms should have their own bathroom. That available space should be used as a bathroom for visitors.
Agreed! The upstairs shouldn't be sharing a bath especially with that space up there. Also think the room closest to the loft should be bigger. Great space for a young adult at home. Their bedroom & a separate entertainment area(the loft) for if they have guest or just want privacy
That is a legitimate laundry room the sink, the washer and dryer, people would like a second refrigerator it keeps everyone from coming into the kitchen to get refreshments they another place to get drinks and snacks,it’s also necessary if you you want to stock up on freezer and refrigerated foods, making less trips to grocery store, a refrigerator in the laundry area is nothing new, that’s the advantage of having a large laundry room.
