Main floor master bedroom for me. As I get older, I like stairs less and less.😅 One of the other things I like about that home is that there’s not a ton of wasted space.
I prefer 2nd floor primary suites and a 1st floor guest room.
That should be 500 - 600K maximum.
I agree but affordability in Raleigh has already left the building so to speak. Someone is going to buy it as is.
In today's market i can see 675k to to 795k max! 1.4 million is outlandish.
In Raleigh, maybe 25 years ago. 500-600K today gets you a modestly updated older home about 2000sf.
@@johnlabus7359 12 years ago in 2012 you could get a new 3000sq ft home for 230k there.
The top floor would be my husband's office. Great space and home.
Incredible curb appeal. Love the front door. Big bonus….a wide foyer. Impressive and very well appointed home. Tons of storage too.
I LOVE this floor plan. It’s nearly perfect. Only complaint is the front load garage on a house more than 1M.
I love the layout, design and decor. I would prefer and coffee area in the kitchen next to the refrigerator. Love the Garage area. The 2nd floor master is sweet! Overall I would have to rate this home as a 9.❤❤❤
I prefer a second floor primary bedroom. Away from the guests.
The problem with that is as you get older or become handicapped, you can't get upstairs.
@@glorygracek.1841true. Can also get the lift or teleporter lol j/k.
Same here. I have young children that I need to be near as well. I’d rather plan on a modest remodel when we get older if possible.
This is very similar to my home’s floor plan. I have a 2nd floor primary too. And yes, screened porches are useless against ladybugs in the fall here in Virginia.
Timothy?? You keep upping your game!! You have a knack for finding these beautiful homes!! Look at all the rooms, Upstairs and Downstairs!! Just Fantastic!! The Kitchen and The Laundry Rooms are great! The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are very pretty!! You couldn't ask for anything better than this!! Thank You for sharing this with your viewers!!
agreed, I sit and enjoy these with my spouse although we have no intention of spending over 300,000, he makes these enjoyable and the houses are beautiful!
@mylenh Thank You for sharing this reply with me!! He is a good man!!
2nd floor bedrooms. Provided there is a 2nd floor laundry room lol. I hate hauling laundry up and down stairs
This is a really beautiful house with lots of storage. Thanks for a fun tour Timothy! 😊 I really love that screened in porch!
I like 1st floor.
I also love the master on the second floor.
I prefer 1st floor Master suite.
Thank you !!!
The refrigerator is not only small, but it opens in the wrong direction. Builders should also consider how people live. You need a counter to set items on next to a refrigerator. I definitely don’t like the location of the primary suite.
The doors on refrigerators can be reversed. What I'd want done is get rid of the tall cabinets on both sides of the refrigerator and then move the refrigerator to the left and make that counter space to right go over to the refrigerator. Reverse the opening of the refrigerator door. Then you'd have counter to its right and the island behind you to set things down.
I like the height of the ceiling, not too high but high enough to feel spacious.
Feels like 9ft.
Beautiful home
Where are the outlets in the kitchen for the appliances
Different style fireplace with stone face is My preferred look.
Tim if you are still in North Carolina (or when you get back down here) check out Homes by Dickerson. Their my favorite builder in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill triangle.
Prefer a forest floor master suite. It gets hard as you age to climb staircases.
I prefer ground master bedroom, beautiful home! Nice to dream
I had to turn the volume really high to hear the audio on this video
this would be a 7 bedroom house in my family lol
16:16 Timothy, That’s a Rectangle! 😉 squares have four equal sides! 😂
My thoughts also. You can say the sides are squared off rather than rounded but the tub is not a square. Also I liked the garage, that tandem area could be a small workshop for gardening or other projects.
Is that a microwave over the oven, or a d9uble oven?
No sound
I like the house but would want a side entry garage, main floor owners suite, more square footage in the secondary bedrooms, a dog wash, pet grooming area, gym area, teen hangout area, would want my owners suite opposite of kids/guest rooms.
Where's the left audio?
Our home could have had this layout with a bit more forethought. Oh well.

I have a burning question: Can anyone explain what is up with all the wooden bead decor I see in home staging? I see it everywhere, and I just don't get the aesthetic or the purpose. It just seems like dust collecting clutter to me. That and the random wood chain links that seem to appear on table tops and bookshelves. Why?
Looks like the beads are a trend that's been popularized on social media. I suppose someone might think it gives the home an earthy spiritual vibe or something like that.
I don't like when all the bedrooms are upstairs
Cold, clinical and soulless
Don’t like master bedrooms surrounded by the other bedrooms
Love your content, but this is a lot of talking. House tours kinda speak for themselves.
Laundry room is pathetic.
Tim, please quit saying "peruse." You don't know what it means.
