The steps going down to the finished basement. I would put a rail are some other barrier. I have never seen architecture as a downward staircase that close to the primary entryway😱

You could have a elve's (small) door made into the back wall of the pantry to passthrough and place all your bags and boxes in without lugging them from the garage through the garage door, into the house, then into the pantry. A short cut...

I truly love this home. The only thing I would change is some of the doors I will put solid instead of a glass I have an issue with all the glass. Other than that it's perfect for us it really is I will move across the country to be in that home. God willing.
I absolutely love your tours! The homes you select always have something for everyone. Those basement rooms with no windows can’t be considered a bedroom as fire codes require a form of egress. I also thought you might consider using the term “mechanical room”when describing those basement rooms that house the furnace, sub pump , and hot water heater.
My daughter and I both are bath takers so her bathroom would have to have a soaking tub, too. The hubs is a shower guy. It would be nice to have an office for her to study in. I’d have that yoga room and bedroom/bath made into one large spot just for her …. IF I was rich and could afford a house that expensive! Lol

Kinda weird having stairs as soon as you walk in the front door. There is no front hall way/front foyer. No front closet for coats. You walk in and boom, you're in the family room!
Nice but as with every house with this design, living room kitchen and dining there isn't much wall space for certain pieces of furniture. The bigger the house the more it costs to heat and cool.
Gorg! What a peaceful property! We have family that lives way out yonder there. They ae happy there. A friendly warning...please be careful with your sweet dog, there are lots of coyotes out in the woods and they like to work in packs. They will lure your dog away from the house, only to attack it in a pack. We always warn everyone who moves out to the country about the coyotes. Sadly, we have friends who have lost livestock, cats, and dogs to the coyotes.

I have always entered the shower from the end without the shower head. It would seem awkward to get in by the shower head and controls.
The volume on this was way too low. I couldnt hear without cranking up the volume. The first ad break woke the neighbors!
I watch his videos on mute and on 1.5 speed. I learn the same but get through it faster.
I like it the first way... I hate getting hit with that first wave of COLD WATER
