I'm with you! I really do not like messy. Heat embossing isn't that messy at all. The effect it gives with those shiny raised letters adds so much to the card that it is worth the extra effort in my opinion! If you keep your embossing powder in a larger container so that you can add the embossing powder and easily tap the excess back into the container, it saves you the step of having to use paper as a funnel to get it back into that little jar.
