Charles Damiano features Jesus Bajo Esteban's huge Bruce Lee Collection in part 1 of a 2 part series!
Jesus Bajo Esteban was Born 1967 out of Spain, and been collecting Bruce Lee memorabilia since 10 years old. His first Bruce Lee movie was "Enter The Dragon."
Since then Bruce Lee would be his idol, from the age of 15 he collected everything he could.
Created the Website "Collector Bruce Lee" and "Photo Collection Bruce Lee" for years were visited by many fans and collectors.
The Website "Collector Bruce Lee" was the only one in the world that could see the collections of 30 different collectors from around the world, as a small interview to each collector.
The Website “Photo collection Bruce Lee” contained more than 3,000 thousand photos of Bruce Lee.
He exchanged Bruce Lee material for all corners of the world and is passionate about Bruce Lee Enterbay figures and especially Mr. Arnie Kim. His passion is Chinese and Japanese magazines from the 70s and 80s.
Jesus has one of the most complete collections of Bruce Lee photos from around the world, with an estimate of approximately 15,000 different photos of Bruce Lee. Many of the photos served for different books in Spain and some magazines!
He participate in 2018 in one of the last books published in Spain, “Bruce Lee La Senda Del Luchador” by José Ramón Sales, providing almost all the photographic material of Bruce Lee, as a chapter entitled “Bruce Lee in the Line of Time”

Bill that would be a great idea! I did that with my Bruce Lee collection in the late 90's and placed most of my items in six beautiful color catalog books. I still have a few copies of #2 and #3 displaying over 1100 items. have you seen them before?

@@CharlesDamianoBLC I got into Bruce Lee through my uncle, he got me into martial arts when I was a kid, ever since I saw chinese connection/ fists of fury I was hooked.
Great story! That is how I got hooked seeing Fists of Fury in 1973 and been a fan and collector ever since! Do you Collect Bruce Lee memorabilia as well and what martial arts have you studied?

I've dabbled in jkd, long fist kung fu, small circle jiu jitsu and tae kwon do just to name a few.
Nice background! I studied Wing Chub for 6-7 years and some JKD with Sifu Ted Wong thru his seminars before he passed. Do you still train in the arts?

Hi Charles finally I get to see some of jesus's bajo collection I have ordered about ten magazines from him on Ebay very satisfied on what I ordered my favorite things to collect is magazines and the French magazines that I order from him are awesome anyway his collection is amazing thank you Charles and mr bajo I cherish my french magazines on the legendary Bruce Lee.

I have this in my collection as well and its a great book! I have seen the go from $40 -$75 on Ebay depending on the condition!
@@CharlesDamianoBLC I have 2. I posted a picture on FB. someone offered to buy it. I remember ordering the first book from a magazine I think and the second shortly after at a convention IIRC. Have had my bruce stuff in storage long enough. Been going thru boxes looking for them.
What did the guy offer you for the book? What other items do you have? Any pre-death items? Any Four Seas Weekly, New Martial Hero or Golden Movie News from Hong Kong? Keep me posted....
@@CharlesDamianoBLC I just located the 2nd one. I told the guy I had to look for the 2nd one A few weeks ago. I told him I would get back to him. Its a great book to have just to see some of the items.
After seeing your videos this last year, I just wish i had collected more earlier on. I mostly collected books and mags and some posters. But I'm into horror and Sci fi stuff so money and space went to those too. I was more interested in gaining knowledge and behind the scenes stuff.
I remember seeing the audio cassettes of the various bruce lee interviews in Chinatown. Glad they have been posted.
Thanks for the update my friend! I started out mostly as a magazine and book guy as well. Man as a kid I made and painted all the Monster models put out at that time (Frankenstein, Wolfman, Dracula, king Kong, Godzilla etc. Still have a few and also collected of the Famous Monsters of Film land magazines) Do you remember those? I love horror films as well. Watched them all as a kid an still do. You into the Walking Dead?
