great playthru. on the server I play on when any dungeon type thing is cleared out the players place a wooden X across the doorway, in my private play world, I just leave a campfire in the entrance. helps me keep track of tombs and such that I've already visited. I still prefer the sledge hammers for skeleton surprise and foul smell raids. Lotsa fun thanks!
I saw Odin pop in !!! 19:58....look to your right there is a rock and a tree close together and just behind it to the right, you can see Odin watching you !!! You are sailing at night to find Haldor. You are talking about getting your rest. I'm all excited to see Odin!!!
LOL love how you stood on top of Halstein there during the swamp raid. Loxen pack a pretty good punch all right, though that big fella seems really chill.
Absolutely love your playthrough Hiccup! I look forward each week to the next. I like to place a workshop on top of the chambers that I clear, I have also placed a sign on the door that says clear lol. Also, in my no map world, when I clear the tomb I will leave a chest there to put my surtling cores and any other goods I can't carry. Just a thought!
Once more I journey out to distant lands to beget the great and terrible algorithm to once more look down favorably upon my favorite hermit... (superrr excited to see u adventureing to see haldor!)
The difficulty actually scales greater than normal in very difficult mobs. Every no star is indeed the equivalent of a two star except they have about 1 star level health so they are a bit easier to stagger than a normal difficulty two star. One stars are in the 3ish to almost 4 star level but again with around 2 star normal health. Two stars are off the chain, if you become strong enough to melee with parry in the swamp with just a two star skelly, you can see the damage they can inflict for yourself. A two star draugr will hit for about 135 damage, or close to what a two star fuling hits for in normal difficulty.
Back out to sea next episode! I'm not as nervous since you've set up some good signposting and started using the rudder to move across open ocean. Glad I watched this before doing my own no map run because I would have made all the same mistakes lmao.
Oh there is another raid now with the blobs right?? I think they have a chance of dropping iron now. At least I've found some after cleaning up after one of those raids. Great episode as usual😎
Going into dungeons that I have already been to I started to put the building piece X on top. You can see that from pretty far away. Doing that was frustrating.
Nice adventure mate! ❤ If you want to raise level, just hit, block, exp comes from how many hits you take/give. Large dmg/parry numbers won't give you more exp. Will you consider a permadeath run after this one Hiccup?
I saw the last episode with the draugr, and the exact same thing happened to me on a world I was doing in a group, and a two star draugr archer killed everyone.
It's interesting to see the steps you are taking to fortify positions for yourself for raids/when mining etc, the added danger on these harsh settings does make you think more tactically. I wonder did you realise it would give you such a different Valheim experience, or is it as you expected it to be? :)
Yep, should never mess with folks by neglecting the resting buff; really why is because you are killing your own skill leveling without it. Skills go up a whopping 50% faster with a resting buff.
Odin was spying on you from the shore! @19:58
5:00
"life is tougher now" 😂
Another wholesome episode with Hiccup❤️

I do love them Lox. lol

Yes another episode

Woke up, saw new vid, instant happiness!

The swamps are going to be something....lol.
They really will be. Haha. I'm nervous.
Yeeeeeeeeessss! Thank you for the episode!

1:03:00 the Comedic timing was awesome between those two Hahaha
It was great, wasnt it? haha

Great episode as usual😎
Hope you’re doing well hiccup! Looking forward to the next episode, but if you need some more time then take it of course 💚
The abyssal harpoon tip for leeches was a good one I never considered. For me, a mace uppercut from the shore tends to be safe and easy. 😊
Going into dungeons that I have already been to I started to put the building piece X on top. You can see that from pretty far away. Doing that was frustrating.
Yeah, I should start marking them. wasn't as hard to keep up with when I had my map. haha.
Nice adventure mate! ❤

Hmmm, don't know about permadeath... I enjoy difficulty, even extreme difficulty, but i enjoy making mistakes and recovering as well...
@@HiccupTheHermit Well I think you shuold try it for the future, like play even safer because death is around every corner 😅
You should place a small vertical beam or fire in front of dungeons you’ve already explored. 👍🏻
I saw the last episode with the draugr, and the exact same thing happened to me on a world I was doing in a group, and a two star draugr archer killed everyone.
They are the snipers of the swamps! haha.
I've been playing on Hard+, so not at the level you're at, and the Draugr 1 and two star archers are super deadly.
They really are! lol
It’s going to be interesting to see how he fairs in the swamp, KIA incoming
You can train bow skills in the burial crypts. Just find one with a spawner and hide behind the large rocks by the entrance

I really didn't know what to expect... But this is honestly harder, than I thought it was gonna be. haha
whoooot!
I leave cooking station as a mark on all dungeons that got clear
For me, I build the gate/door in front of the entrance of those I clear in no map mode.
Bring the Elder trophy with you when you head to your first home game
Hey bro. Haven’t seen or heard from ya in a while. I hope you and your family are doing alright.
great video again....how do you do it?? :)
I just have fun! And then awesome gaming wanderers like you show up to share in the good vibes! It's all about having fun. ^^

i kinda wish he was able build teleports to only the traders and the bosses and that's it anyone els? :o
Can you make Bronze arrows? Those would be better than flint right?
Can make them... But they always send so expensive to me... Lol
@@HiccupTheHermit lol, you were bragging about all the Cu and Sn you were getting! I’d say it would be a flex killing draugers with bronze arrows!
