@@TheFlash3237 low amounts with TRT, As you age you can hold your size and gain strength without rapid gains but slowly making gains and get the hardness, nice pumps and even working with peptides, I am 54 the same age as Mike and living longer and using your lower end low androgen hormones as a guy ages is the only way to play it safe and still look young and no need to do anything crazy as Mike has good size to just hold it and refine it . Dr James has an excellent YT channel for safety do this.
