kurt angle really put on some muscle lately
Great episode..definitely finding motivation to get back in the gym
Man wys. I have been slipping these past few months. Time to get back to it

Bro let’s be glad that Phil Heath is Still alive, in this one year alone we lost like 6 bodybuilders
And those deaths is what made Phil retire. He don't wanna die yet.
Both are still in surprisingly great shape! Phils a great teacher n Shannons still humble enough to be an ideal student. Awesome to see
One shy from matching Ronnie…The Gift is that Dude! 💯👊🏾🔥✊🏾
Shannon dropping that he is also the owner of Club Shay Shay in his intro is a flex that went over most heads!
I see you 💪🏾
He's definitely on somthing cause he's bigger than when he played.
Shannon Sharpe was a beast on the field and still looks in shape to game to this day! Even better shape than some of the current young dudes out there. Big Bronco fan and Shannon Sharpe is a class act!
Kirt angel has another child out there lol
Phil Heath is a Book of Information great episode 👏
Awesome interview, Shannon looks he is just fun to to around. Great interview
Dope and fun episode Shannon! Great tips and insight on bodybuilding. 💪🏾😉
Shannon is the prime example of how one can look at 50 with some discipline and he actually drinks. Excellent episode
He’s not an example lol unless you have freak genes and are athletic as him with some trt mixed in no one ain’t gonna look like this
@@daniell5740 you can if you put the work in.
@@eddiejacks9512 Not really, no.
Trt mix 🤣🤣🤣
@@supwititproductionz3738 With that attitude, absolutely not
Soooo lucky, to be able to get into serious shape at 55yo, recently. I'm only doing a pull up based workout but serious results after 9 months.
Most Precious tips there. Phil Heath is a grand master 💫
Shannon’s physique is insane! Huge fan of him on undisputed and the broncos. But I have to remember is that now he trains for vanity and not entirely function like nfl players now
