Hi Yograja! I did all the 3 parts of back bends.... the 3rd one was really diffcult as u rightly said in the video again and again! But i enjoyed a lot... my back pain as almost disappeared... my lower back feels very free and agile... Yograja, I'm a Calisthenics Athelete.. doing Calisthenics since 2 years... To improve my felxibility, I started doing Vinyasa Yoga with u on UA-cam.... I have done all the 3 parts.. what should I do next? Should I do these 3 parts repeatedly for a month or 2? Or should I do your other videos? I couldn't do most of the asanas in part 3... plz suggest. I am from Mumbai, India.
