I did this. I started at 202lbs and by day 30 I was 176lbs. I wore a Fitbit and counted calories. By day 14 I was adding in the fupa challenge I found on youtube. I fell off and I'm back at 202lbs due to stress eating. This video has given me the push I need to get back at it 🤗
@@justaname999 I took vitamins, I would only drink water or herbal teas. In the morning I would drink a cup of water with apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice. For snacks I ate a lot of apples and those little oranges. For meals I ate a lot of salads and stir fry. Ceviche was my favorite to eat . I made my own salad dressings. It started off a little overwhelming but once I got in a groove and saw results it got easier.
@@beautifuliam9347 , I did. I ate chicken. But not to lose weight. Only meat I really like is chicken. I eat steak here and there but only when I crave it.
Loved the video! 💕 I just started jogging 1 mile a day and it is definitely a struggle but I'm on day 6 now. Watching videos like yours help keep me motivated, so thank you! 😊
Looks like it's been a bit since you made this, but I just got linked this and wanted to say, your little speech after that first one is very true. Feeling like you're huffing and puffing, looking out of place, the whole 9 is the point! It's the same way in mental tasks, social tasks, anything else IMHO. I've only recently realized this myself - The more time you spend around smart people feeling dumb, the smarter you'll be. The more time you spend huffing and puffing feeling out of shape, the more in shape you'll be. The courage to feel dumb or out of shape and go after it anyway is *exactly* what moves you forward! I haven't seen any of your other stuff yet, but I really do hope you kept up with something similar to this!
Love the commitment! Keep going! You can try to run at a slower pace which will make it easier to keep going for longer periods of time. But you’re already doing great! ❤
I was going to comment something similar until I noticed this video was posted 3 years ago. Lol. I was going to comment that she should focus running in heart rate zones 1 & 2. Every new runner will see the most progress by beginning in those zones and building up distance/stamina/lactic threshold. Then incorporate intervals and tempo runs. I think everyone would fall in love with running if they took this approach.
I love these challenges and am currently doing 2 miles a day. I would love to see your results, but I do not see any follow up video for the other two weeks...?

You lost a pound a day?! What did you eat? That is pretty incredible
