Hello Jose, did you enjoy it? I will give it 4 honestly. The battery just worths it. I can show you how to manage the string on the spool in my next video. It gets some folks mad if they don't know how to pass the string on the spool right, they complain it keeps coming out but there is a way to make it fit within what you want it to be
That would be great! I actually called the company to have them troubleshoot over the phone after I watched this. Come to find out, I got a defective one and the motor blew. It's really odd bc I've only used it once! 🤣 Thankfully, I have the Walmart 90 day receipt. But if I didn't have it... the company actually gave me the info of a local supplier that I would have been able to bring it to if I didnt have my Walmart receipt, or the 90 days had past. The supplier would have fixed it for free so long as the serial numbers were within a specific date (they were.) So maybe your future video can help someone, and maybe my comment can- should someone have the same issue. Thank you for this video
@@afriraphcreatives1146 i checked it and it wasn’t the the spool, it easily spins when i turn it but the buzzing noise is coming from the battery area at the top so idk what it could be, defect maybe?
@@afriraphcreatives1146 i’ve tried taking the battery in and out and checked that the battery was full with the lights all on, but there is a way to reset it ?

About 3 hours at least for me. I bought 2 batteries for back up.

i got mine today charged it to full and put the battery in only for it to make a weird buzz noise and it wont spin 🤨
Check the spool area. Your string probably got in the neck

Not impressed....string kept spooling out right out of the box. Maybe I expected more, but not as powerful as I expected.
There is a trick to manage the spool. I will make a video to help on that
