You're gonna learn to use pliers to get those lures out of their mouths when one of them slices up your fingers eventually. Biggest snake was more like 6 - 6-1/2lbs....that's why you use scales.
Research has found that they aren't the threat once believed, thus the reason why catch and release where caught is perfectly legal. Don't believe the HYPE!
@@catchindreamfish interesting, I would think Florida would say do not release back. In my state I believe it is illegal to release a live Snakehead back, and they ask for reporting the fish. Either way, I hope you keep having fun fishing! :)

I thought you are not allowed to release an invasive species back into the wild??
As long as you release snakeheads back into the same body of water that you caught them in.
