I bumped into you that day bud , I was the guy on the golf cart with a bow fishing rig and some massive tilapias. Love the video next time you come I can show you some spots with monster snakeheads.
I’m Coral Springs born and raised.. you have to let him eat it. I know it’s hard at first but refrain from setting the hook for at least 1 to 2 seconds after they eat it. They have two sets of teeth in their mouth.
You need to wait a little longer to set up and when you do, rip that hookset like you're swinging for the fences or you'll lose a lot more than you catch.
Good video man. Just an fyi edit your videos if you toss them back. Knew of someone that got reported. People on the internet got nothing better to do 🙄
they are invasive, fwc asks us not to rereleased them if caught. (i.e. leave it on the bank to die) but its not illegal to release it back into the water it was caught from.
@@fishinwithnik4385 no, I am not. I talked to an FWC fisheries biologist a few years back and he told me research has found they aren't the threat once believed, thus the reason why catch and release where caught is PEFECTLY LEGAL.
@@swkelley no, they are invasive. Invasive means something spreading in a place it isn’t from. Snakeheads spread crazy and are aggressive, and arent supposed to be here
Nice man keep it up.. I live in Davie and snakehead daily
Thanks brother 🤘yeah I get out there when it makes sense
I agree with you on the spider wire. I’ve had some bad times with all spider wire I’ve ever used.
Yeah I religiously run Powerpro Superslick and it is pretty much the best thing ever
@@LandskiffOutdoors had same problems with spiderwire, used a ton of powerpro, love it, suffix 832 aint bad either thoug
I have suffix on one of my rods, no complaints at all it’s good just a tad thicker nbd though 🤘
looks like Flamingo Road in Davie.
That car sounds good at the end lol
Lol

Hahahah nice dude! I was gonna throw you in there but I guess my camera was off when y’all showed me that huge tilapia
great stuff. I was down there just 3 weeks ago on a species trip for ifitswims. Managed 12 species, but no snakehead. next time.
Nice, there’s a relatively small zone where they can be found
Spider wire is good for live bait but strike king makes a good braided line
Enjoyed the vid
Thanks!
Damn I need to go snake fishing again now
Me too dude lol
I agree 100%. Power Pro all the way.
Super slick all the way! 🤘
Spider wire does suck I completely agree
Most definitely 🤮
Hate to say I told ya so, but when you told me you got spiderwire instead of super slick, I said right away spider wire sucks! 😉
Shut up tiger lol
For live bait cutt bait or lure fishing
I want to start a yt channel but don’t know how to edit what do you use
Adobe premier pro, there’s a learning curve and I’m still in it lol
i love my power pro braid

You’re allowed to toss them back in the same body of water.
Nothing to worry about, perfectly legal to release them where caught.
NO, they aren't a very invasive fish. Don't spread false information.
Fair
That's a snakehead they're invasive. Native to Asia
Are you joking?
