5 Sets Of Burpees With Curls Increasing Reps With Sets And Back Down
Best Thing Is You Can Do As Many Set As You Want Just Remember You’re Also Increasing Reps. For Example If You Do 10 Sets You’ll Also Do 10 Reps At The 10th Set Then Another 10 Reps Of Each When Going Back To 1.
I’m Doing 4 Sets Which Is A Good Place To Start.
The Workout Goes Like This:
1 Mike Tyson Push-up Pop Up To 1 Curl
2 Mike Tyson push-ups Pop Up 2 Curls And So On Till You Get To 4 Then You Will Do 4 Reps And Decrease Reps From There.
