My acceptance rating is 5% on doordash. I didn't even bother resetting my rating Because doordash sends me c*** on the regular. My completion rating though is 96% and I have a 4.99 satisfaction rate
That is the case for many people on DoorDash for sure itsasecret. If I only worked in my bigger marketplace mine would probably be lower also. Because I work in a small marketplace also, my acceptance rate is what it is.
I think I figured it out better. The Ai is getting smarter. Based on driver information. I could go deeper but I think I have my zone figured out. I don't get influenced easily. I like your video's because it shows me a different mindset. I appreciate you, thanks.
Hey 🙋🏻♂️ SphinxMTN this is not difficult to figure out once you get some time under your belt. I came into this genre to make a difference and not do what so many are here on UA-cam. Thanks 🙏🏻 and I truly appreciate your kind words
BUT THE THING IS WHY DO THEY DROP YOUR AR LOW EVERYTIME YOU DONT Except the Order but when you except orders your AR stop going up sometimes it don’t even move they think they smart don’t they not my AR 62% and I excepted a lot of orders and my AR ain’t moved yet
Hi 👋🏻 MILLIONAIRE CLUB FOR LIFE thanks for your question 🙋🏻♂️ Figuring out how to create a visual representation for your answer because I’ve had a couple people ask this question. Gonna do a video soon to explain.
Top Dasher still exists and will always exist. You are incorrect about what perks Top Dashers get. They originally got 2 perks from the program. Perk 1 was drive anytime and Perk 2 was the tie breaker perk. When the High Paying Order program was launch DD removed the tie breaker perk from Top Dasher and only left the drive anytime perk. Top Dashers still have the ability to drive anytime they want and the program still exists. It's just the tie breaker perk being removed and transformed into the High Paying Order program. The High Paying Order program does NOT let drivers driver anytime they wish due to greyed out zones. Also there is a way to avoid other drivers with this perk if you understand how most other drivers think. The 50% drivers DO NOT drive with no Peak Pay. In my market I only notice the 50% drivers coming out when Peak Pay is $2 or higher and they all camp the best hot spots in the zone with high end merchants. If your zone has a Peak Pay of $2 or higher you need to avoid the best hot spots in that zone because you have no priority for offers. You need to go to hidden hot spots or bad area hot spots in order to get good offers as no 50% drivers camp these areas. Alternatively you can just avoid any zone that has Peak Pay of $2 - $3 or higher which you should be doing anyway.
Yeah. I still go for Top Dasher because scheduling is so hard in my area. I need it for the dash anytime perk. And for that, you need to keep up a 95% completion rate and a 70% Acceptance Rate, at least by the end of the month. I’m now keeping the 70% AR throughout most of the month, which, at least in my area, is not so bad once you get used to it. One thing that’s a bit easier is no “hell week” at the very end of the month, 😊.
I still don't understand how unassigning an order raises your acceptance rate. Now that I'm thinking about it I guess when you accept that raises your acceptance rate but when you want to sign the acceptance rate stays up but your completion rate drops a little bit, and the acceptance rate doesn't draw after you unassign
Hey 👋🏻 Alaskan 63 - it keeps your acceptance rate higher because you are literally accepting the order instead of declining it which affects your acceptance rate. If you accept it then give it back this goes against your completion rate. Thanks for your question 🙋🏻♂️

I disagree with the compromise of the completion rating . If it gets low enough you can get get deactivated . I am just going to do doordash like I normally do and reject any offers that have me making less than minimum wage .

there is a way to unassigned without trading your completion ratings if there is a long wait at a restaurant you can unassigned without damage to your completion rating if you do it in support chat don't do it thru the I can't do this order tab never wait more than 5 minutes they don't pay you for wait time
The answer to this in the case of DoorDash is a resounding NO They don’t care 🤷♂️ how long you have to wait and do not compensate 💵 you anymore for it RANGERGUY. One ☝️ thing that I constantly chide support about and have put in survey after survey after support is how it is unfair to drivers to make us wait or give us a ding on our completion rating if we give an order back. They simply don’t care…
Getting a support chat response on DoorDash during the Saturday night rush could be self torture. I could care less what my acceptance rate is on DoorDash, time is money. I work for myself, I don’t work for DoorDash.
Keep in mind that even if your under 95% you will still be in the LOP it’s a glitch. The message saying 95% is not correct. If you ever lose LOP you would receive an email. You won’t lose it.
They don’t give priority orders to everyone and could not. Actually the way they state it is that you have the “opportunity” to get high pay 💰 orders so this is how they can get away with it.
Have you done a video on customer calling us because their order is wrong?! 3 this week 2 were VERY nasty as I'm being polite tell them call doordash and restaurants! WHY WOULD YOU CALL US? Do they really think I'm gonna come back to their house get their food drive all the way back to the restaurant and get them a new order they've gone mad. I let the lady know today don't call your driver as long as your name is on the receipt and we verify it's your order there's nothing we can do we are only responsible for dropping off we cannot look at your food we cannot touch your food you have a food problem you call the restaurant you call doordash you will get a free order and a refund! Common sense should tell most people that have it your driver has nothing to do with your order if you look at the receipt and as your name on it it's somebody else's fault not mine I'm getting tired of it and people being rude to me because I think it's my fault
Hey 🖐 Kimmy, got the video recorded and uploaded... You can find it here: ua-cam.com/video/Mduqz1cPd3c/v-deo.html It will be available on Friday, 12/2/2022 @ 5:00 PM EST Hope it helps! 🙏
You may want to clarify that for most dashers (who aren’t interested in Top Dasher, which has different requirements), the Completion Rate, according to DoorDash, needs to stay at 80% or above, or you can be deactivated. That still gives 20% wiggle room, but it’s important to know that line. ~~~~~~~~ Also, just to make things a bit more clear, I would highlight the fact that the Acceptance Rate is based on the last 100 OFFERS (whether declined or accepted). And the Completion Rate is based on the last 100 ACCEPTED offers (whether un-assigned or completed). When folks think about it, it makes sense that both are based on a “rolling 100” and each has its own distinct 100. But that’s a question I see come up sometimes. Yes, all the ratings are based on a “rolling 100” system. But what that 100 is can be different. Same with customer ratings. That rating, too, is based on a “rolling 100.” The 100 in that case is the last 100 customer rated deliveries (not simply deliveries, but customer rated deliveries). It takes so much longer to shift those stats (after getting your first 100 customer ratings) because only a fairly small number of customers give a rating. So it takes a LOT of deliveries to see that stat change.
Hey 🙋🏻♂️Linda thanks so much for your in depth explanation of the ratings. Over the past couple years I have explained each one ☝️ separately in various videos, but have never done a video that puts them all together. Will definitely 👍🏼 one after your comment. I appreciate your input 💯
