Bro I did this project earlier this afternoon. You are going to have clearance issues with this carburetor, I had to modify the intake block. And it's not just the throttle arm it's the other side of it too on top will block the range of motion you have to take the two corners off that block with a grinder a file requires a ton of energy just get out your angle grinder . At first I just seemed to clearance issue on the side that the throttle cable attaches and by the time I got that where okay I believe I have the range of motion I started the engine and I was running it and it's like wait I'm not hitting my pink idle because the upper right corner of that block is stopping the lever from moving on the other side of the carburetor. But still with the stock throttle cable you have to balance the adjustment down so that the carburetor will come all the way down to the low idle. This aftermarket carburetor requires quite a bit of extra work on this model blower. But I can say after 2 hours of cussing the carburetor and blower in my driveway this afternoon, I got the blower dialed in pretty good starts runs great but I was not expecting to have to adjust so many different features of the blower for a replacement carburetor. And there's something Goofy with this carburetor in between the high and low like they bleed over to each other

I’ve been trying to figure out my echo pb-580t blower and came across your channel and I have followed your steps for the carburetor but I’m still unable to get it started. I'm really out of ideas here. I'm hoping by recording it it might make it a little more clear what the issue is to someone else hearing it. I haven't taken the flywheel off yet but that's probably my next step. Pulling on the pulley does spin the blower fan, so I don't know if a sign the flywheel key is broken is a sign the blower fan wouldn't spin. Either way - here's a link to the video I just took.

Any help is really much appreciated. Even just telling me this thing sounds like it's a lost cause would still be helpful, I just hate giving up on trying to fix something, especially when it's only a year old and showed no signs of dying prior to this.
I say thank you
Great Job! 🦅🤙🏻🇺🇸🔧
Jason plug up. The holes befor you grinned .All that debris is going in the holes
Good tip! Oops 😂
But I starter it up today in it run good until it stops running in I can't get it to start but I think it blown up
Ok
Do I need to trun the h side screws all the way in
No please watch the video I posted and you deleted
why not make the carburetor fit like oem, so we don’t have to trim the plastic
It can’t fit like OEM bc it’s not OEM.
Maybe I didn't see it all but, it looked like you just needed a new bulb on there
Thanks for watching the video…if it needed a new primer bulb…why would it start and die?
At 1:30 you started looking at the bulb....I thought because the primer bulb wasn't filling that it needed a new 1

Just replaced my carb filter and plug and it still won't start. I think I'm going to throw it down the hill to the lake!
Only 2 years old
What diagnostics did you do and what were the results?
Got spark for sure. New hi test gas mixed properly. New echo spark plug, filter, and carb. Gaskets were good. Fuel lines were like new. Do you know what tool to adjust the carb?
@@sacul7694
You know it’s a fuel related issue if you spray starting fluid into the throat of the carb and it runs and dies.
OEM echo carb tools are hard to come by…if you went aftermarket just need a flat tip screwdriver
@@pattayperformance Yeah, we tried starting fluid and it kind of tries, but won't run. I think I'm going to take over to our local fix-it shop. Thanks

Blows my mind...I cut my grass maybe 2-3 times for I aerated, oversees, treated. After that I don’t touch my grass for a month...maybe more. It’s like at what height did they think it’s time to cut the grass 😂
Is that a human head in that bag, behind you? 😳
You made my day! Thank you so much! I really needed this
My pleasure, brother. Sort of freaked me out. 😂
I need that mower fixed ASAP skip the videos it’s been 3 months!!! My lawn is 2 ft high wtf 🤬 per say
Yaaaa Know...sound like a few people I know right now. I’m biting my tongue as they chew my ear off and out!
Another China carb to the rescue . Easy peasy , no problem .
Needed a little work to make it work. IMO still worth it! Love how you don’t need the special ECHO Carb Adjusting tools either! 🦅🤙🏻🔧🇺🇸
