- Installation of new OEM 5th Gen RAM HD tail lights onto a 4th Gen 2017 RAM 1500 from Two Three Designs.
Very easy install. Plug and play with the harness.
Changes the appearance of the truck significantly.
Get yours at Two Three Designs, message them on their Instagram page, Facebook page and check out their website. I got my Morimoto XB head lights and fog lights from them a few years back, nothing but great customer service and quick shipping!

I want to be able to put 4th gen recon led tail lights on my 5th gen. Time to figure that out.

What would be the process if I just wanted to replace the OEM 4th gen taillights with oem fifth GEN halogen taillights?

Was the clicking coming from the taillight when the turn signal or flasher on? Sounds like it was.

If they get that hot, wouldn't it affect the 3M tape as well ?
So these are OEM 5th gen tail lights? And this company takes them and converts them so you can put them on your 4th gen?
They’re OEM tail lights and you’re given a device that translates your trucks low voltage wiring to the new tail light
Does the wiring harness come with the OEM tailights or is that a aftermarket wire harness

Just found out that oem style aftermarket 5th gen lights don't fit my 4th gen... so I'm assuming only REAL OEM 5th gen lights will work
So my back plastic portion of the light is fatter and has the plug in on top, not the bottom. So now I'm curious if it's the HD's that only fit and not the 1500s
These are OEM yes, that’s weird tho, are you sure it’s the physical fitment of it that is an issue or the wiring?
@TunedRAMS hey! Sorry I just saw this. So I bought 1500 tail lights, not 2500 ones. I didn't know they were different. Yeah the wiring is fine.

They look amazing but for over $1k for taillights is steep. Personally I will delete my chrome on my 2016 Bighorn and get black front and rear bumpers, black grill, black housing headlights, black tails and third brake light, and black door handles. Chrome delete all the way around.
Going to start doing some videos myself to help out my guys. @maxibuilt do it!
