- In this video I install some 5th gen replica tail lights in the 2018 Ram. They fit al 4th gen trucks 2009-2018 (2019-2022 Classic) trucks.
Here are two options - I recommend Alibaba over AliExpress just because when you pay extra for shipping with tracking you actually get it, unlike AliExpress where I paid extra for tracked shipping and did not receive it.

These tail lights still working good?
Mostly, about 10 months ago the top brake light on the driver side has been getting dimmer over time. Still has the bottom brake light though and everything else works fine.
Which website did you get the ones that you installed with the sequential turn signals?

what do you see from the back when you press the brake and turn signal at the same time? Does the brake disappear and only the direction indicator lights up or does the red stop light and the orange indicator light come on at the same time?
Braker lights disappear and only the turn signal lights up. Same as the oem 5th gen lights.
Do these work if you have the factory LED taillights?
No, these are designed for the factory incandescent tail lights. Different wiring between OEM incandescent and OEM LED.

What 3rd brake light will pair with these?
The Morimoto X3B LED 3rd brake light. I have one and it is very similar to the OEM led 3rd brake light.
Nice I appreciate it I ordered mine. They are on the way. You got to get the black tinted third brake light next. And the black mirror turn signal covers.
Did you pair have amber sequential signals as well?

Dose it set off the cambus on the dash
I had no issues on the driver side but the passenger side running light did set off a bulb out warning after driving a couple miles a couple times. I assume the load resistor on the passenger light had issues. I fixed the issue with AlfaOBD, haven't had an issue since.

Can you confirm that the alibaba ones were identical to the aliexpress ones? I get so weirded out ordering from these Chinese websites, but ill trust ya wince you had them physically delivered
So you’re saying that the 2019+ taillights for 2500 will fit the 09-18 1500 with the harness kit? Do you know what kinda harness is it?
The harness is from Retro Shop, and they have two different ones. A short pigtail harness that just makes the turn signals the read for the brake lights, or a full harness that has relays and taps into the trailer brake harness that keeps the amber turn signals.
