Man, this show's starting off pretty strong for me!
Baylan’s apprentice’s name is Shin Hati, Merrin is Cal Kestis’s girlfriend from the jedi fallen order/survivor games, Merrin is also a nightsister, and Mara Jade is Luke’s wife in the Expanded Universe legends stories, which was, before Disney purchased Lucasfilm and Star Wars, everything besides the movies, and clone wars, books, comics, games etc.
Good reaction, Matt. Congratulations on starting your family. You've earned your exhaustion. This was truly an excellent, exceptional Premiere of a Star Wars series. Quite possibly the best of the shows within The Mandoverse.

Not sure why Sabine wears armor now.... she clearly doesn't need it.
In the real world that injury she received only has as 12.8% mortality rate. She wouldn't really have been at risk of death of she had stabbed like that in real world. Star wars medical care is vastly better then ours meaning she would certainly have no worries of death providing that she got medical care which she did. It might hurt line all get out but she wasn't hurt like Qui-Gon jinn who was stabbed directly through the spine and distal abdominal aorta therefore making it a lethal blow
You can keep stabbing people and having them survive it’s literally all over sw canon and old pre Disney eu had it too
And just like the Mandalorian, as soon as this show succeeds in any way KK is going to interfere and ruin it.

I liked episode one... the stabbing kinda ruined it though. I loved episode two. Hera was GREAT and going in I was most worried about her. Solid first two episodes ruined by a needless stabbing that had no suspense to it at all. Anyone that watched the trailer knew Sabine would be fine so why even do it? Made no sense.
God this is terrible, the dialogue is atrocious, oh man that was a trope. The cinematography and music is amazing. Here we go again, Sabine is just the worst. I gotta say the cinematography and music is just top notch. Overall I really liked it.
