Thank you for this. Appreciate you're not assuming we're all at a similar level and you sharing all those tips and tricks which have become intuitive and obvious to you.
Good vid. One issue I saw was the circle cutout where you said you’re using a compression bit but didn’t make your first pass at least deeper than the uncut portion. Usually on short flute this is .22 and others is .3
Cutting boards and the like seem to be an annual thing for me. Love going through your channel when I know it’s coming to try to add some new tidbits to the process. 👍 All that to say, go Hawks! 🥴🤕😵
Definitely the season. Go Hawks! I remember the super rough years. Think we’ll come out a little better than most think this year, but really excited for the future.
You bet! I talk about that in this video: ua-cam.com/video/mCsoN4QDzJc/v-deo.htmlsi=HQSH5ttQUw8bZWkD At 23:53 in the video you can see some branding options I use
If you want a duplicate of the profile cut out just use the offset tool and set it to .5 or whatever distance you want either inside or outside the selected vector
@@SixEightWoodworks can’t wait! I am learning so much from your videos. I’m trying my hand now with cutting boards. 😀😀 Have you ever used Tung oil as a finish on boards?
@Farmer In The Dell although Tung oil is food safe and one of the few "drying oils," it comes from nuts that could bring allergic reactions on some people. Other than that, it is awesome.
Olá amigo sou brasileiro, assisto seu vídeo, acho fantástico seu trabalho parabéns top di mais, gostaria de saber que produto é esse que vc passou por último pra da acabamento, um abraço

Absolutely beautiful pieces. Learned a lot especially about juice grooves, Made it look simpler than it seemed. Thanks
Much appreciated!
Classic and beautiful designs.
CNC use is impressive and I loved the video.
Will be adding a juice groove to my next board.
James - One Handed Maker
Awesome!
Brand of CNC, great work. Thanks
awesome work, and seems that the CNC is very easy to use or get used to.
It really has been. Been pleasantly surprised how easy it is.
Just what i was looking for today! Great instruction :) Thank you.
Beautiful boards. You have an artistic flair.
Really enjoyed this video, those boards look awesome
Thank you so much!
Beautiful boards as always. I have the original i2R-6 as well, love the machine and customer service
Appreciate it! Love it. Such a great machine and customer service for sure.
Great video and for once at a decent pace 👌
Why not use offset tool instead of copying and pasting then shrinking the juice groove?

@@SixEightWoodworks Yeah same. My dad had season tickets at the Kingdome. I was raised in the darkness. Lol
You always have the most informative videos! Awesome job! 👍👍
What do you think of placing a "Maker's Mark" (a company logo or initials, whatever) on the vottom of the board?

Hi, I'm ur new subscriber here. Great work..!! 😁
Thank you so much!
@@SixEightWoodworks welcome..🙂
Awesome video as always, I learn so much from your videos. What are the thicknesses of the cutting boards, what do they range from?
Thanks! These are 3/4”-1 1/2” Just depends on the type of board.
Missing your videos! 😀😀😀😀😀
I have quite a few partially finished. Hopefully soon!

Is there a way to get a 3d section view in the software?

When you use the CA glue for filler , do you have to use the hardener or does it harden on its own ? Thanks
The accelerator just speeds up the process. It will eventually harden without it though.
Beautiful work! Thanks
Much appreciated!
Hi how thicko you make boards Cheers
I've never seen anyone use a miter gage like that!!
your boards are beautiful, but i will say I did not learn much, you move around the screen way to fast for me.Almost so fast it made me dissy
Excellent work but you talk too much, every time I watch your videos I fall asleep.
