Sir David Jason is an international treasure. I love every programme that, he has been in, from Danger Mouse, to A Touch of Frost. He is a legendary actor.
This is an absolutely classic scene. I think it's a little bit forgotten because they usually show stuff from later seasons on the telly. First 2 seasons are full of absolute gold!
Don’t worry it’s the under 25 Zio Marxist PC brigade. They’ve been brainwashed to destroy there own freedoms and love there own slavery as Orwell said they would. there succeeding at destroying there kids future also.
He’s upper middle class in real life and sometimes little bits of it come through. David Jason is upper working class so done the accent of a “geezer” much easier as he was a bit closer to it.
This programme will never die, hundred years 200 years from even now people will still watch this national treasure of a programme.
You dickhead it's a Comedy
Then they will watch it as documentary.
David Jason is a National Treasure.
I've been saying that for years!
CJ aka DirtyBrit Would not be so sure.

Grandad's face at 1:54-5, though. :) He knows what's up.
Beautiful melancholy in the earlier episodes
I liked Lennard Pearce so much
@Adrian Carter well, I think it got even better.
@@JohnSmith-hk1lx Yes.

Uncle Albert to Grandad
It wasn't as funny when the women came on the seen

Love the way Dels multinational business dream foreshadows Rodders subconscious dream 15 years later...

Gabrielle and Bianca ha ha ha ha
Common let's call it a day 😒
Rodney's accent sounds a bit posh here
Danny Horandi Nicholas Lyndhurst is middle-class in real life, so of course it would slip in and out sometimes.
Doesnt sound posh at all here

Me and my brother lost him 2 years ago.
