Nice presentation, Chef Lorious. If you still don't have a TV show, you might try contacting local stations and see if they'd like to do cooking segments every now and then on their morning shows. They always need content. Or consult with a local public relations firm to see if they can get you more attention and/or a TV gig.

We usually add some veggies, like carrots, celery and some even a bell pepper, anyway, I don't have any of that, just the carrots, so I will add one to the onion sauté and will try this today, Xmas eve, for my small family. I enjoyed watching you for your enthusiasm and love you give to the food you prepare. Well done, very clever! I will prepare a little more, though, cook just the one I need and freeze the rest for another day I won't have time to shop or prepare something. Is that all right? I like your way to mix the meat loaf, and to beat up the eggs before it's added to the mixture, because that's the way I was taught in a Cooking and Food Sciences Class back in 1974.

Ours is mashed potatoes and gravy with corn on top. For healthy salt use Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and instead of brown sugar use coconut crystals

Meatloaf was on a Yahoo list recently of "gross" food only enjoyed by baby boomers. It's because they have never tasted your recipe or mine. It's been one of my favorite treats for years when it's done right. (No restaurant of late can do it...or will and the grocery store versions really ARE....gross). Let's just keep this gem to us old farts! LOL. They don't know what they are missing, but then again the new definition of cooking seems to be heating things up. Great video! Old white guy living near Chicago with southern roots. I'm going to try some adaptations of your recipe next time.
