Looks lovely on the outside and quite spacious that I love but one thing that stood negatively for me is the inconsistency with the paint in each section of the house..... I ABSOLUTELY HATE SEEING DIFFERENT COLORS ALL OVER INSIDE A HOUSE!!! idk maybe it’s just me🤦🏾♀️ lol am I the only one with this issue????
I'm with you on the paint, they have no idea how to make a house look high end. Imagine paying 80mil and have to repaint the darn house.

@kisale I agree with you on two many variations with the color. The tiles were confusing in some of the bathrooms as there was no synergy. Also, there were TOO MANY CHAIRS in that house lol. I also noticed that there were TVs only in the bedrooms. The outside design looked great and I liked the carpentry and column work.
The house is ok...but the paint is to dark in the rooms that don't have enough windows...there is to much burglars bars every view in the house is viewed from behind burglars bars like a prison...crime seems to be a problem in this area why is the gas bottle on the patio and not at the back or side of the house and why is the lawnmower on the patio and not in the garden shed....
This would make a great B&B after putting in a driveway, walkway and repaint.... love the grill work

I wish in Jamaica they would stop quoting prices in USD. Atleast day the Jamaican price. The house is selling in Jamaica I don’t get the point of quoting only USD
It's probably not marketed to that demography. Let's be honest...That's not the median price in most American cities much less...

I know grills are for security but with this house being in a gated community. I would prefer the balcony have an uninterrupted view of the ocean. That would be a big selling point. The primary bedroom is GREAT!!!

At this price point it should be landscaped and have a pool. So I would make a lower offer

A house lik that is not going to have a pool. Maintenance of a pool is extremely expensive
One thing about many Jamaicans, they love a house with Roman columns and stone walls especially among the older generation.
Keida what a beautiful place . I like the scenery in the background that area of St. Ann is very scenic. Whoever buy this place can do some remodeling, and landscaping to upgrade the place. Boy oh Boy ! Jamaica has some very nice communities in exclusive areas. Keep Up The Good Work. Blessings.

I like how your like paint is cheap. If you sell drugs maybe it is. That's another $30k US to buy paint and pay painters at least. And another $3-5k to put a drive way in. 60% of all Americans can't afford this house. 60% of all Americans don't have $30k in a bank account. Word of advice to people making Houses to sell paint the house in neutral colors not your personal taste. That makes it cheaper to reprint.
@@Mark-if1yu sorry Mark I didn't expect your aggressive response but I haven't been in Jamaica for 25trs and sometimes I forget the aggressive nature of our culture and how heavy cost if living is, the term paint is cheap is something we use here regularly in Canada because is relation to other building cost it is cheap, so sorry for offending you and not being culturally and economically sensitive, so sorry
@@seanclue6420 and here i was thinking how terrible it is not going back to Jamaica in almost 15 years. You and i should plan to go down next year. To be safe if you do go as a tourist. Jamaica currently have a local crime problem when your a tourist your 85% safer peace.

This home is beautiful but I see several bathrooms that needs renovation. Some things are a bit dated... ie kitchen cupboards..... those baths I the bathroom gotta go.... outside needs landscaping.... I think that would have increased the price of the property

Great space but a bit too grungy and outdated for the price in USD. The appliances are too small for their carve out space. So much needed paint. No place to put a pool but good size rooms. Love your tours!

It a beautiful home, but I don’t think much thought was put into planning the the different spaces bedrooms and bathrooms could have been smaller to make a grand kit hen and complete a driveway and a pool.
This is definitely a dated home but I like it's character (they do need to repaint the whole inside of the house in neutral colours for the open market though and the bathrooms are very 90s so those need to be changed if they want to sell for such a high amount). The living/sitting room with the gorgeous staircase is my favourite part of the house😍, it's gorgeous!
House is freshly built. Not dated. Only needs lighter paint and more expensive fixtures

The owner loves green but I think the inside needs a colour scheme too much mixup colours that don't match but it looks beautiful from the outside I Always admire it when I'm passing there
If this was my house I would hire an interior designer who has experience working with high end clients. I would get the house painted inside and outside in one neutral color for the inside and another one for the outside. I would also declutter the house especially the bathroom that has a million products on display.

I remember when I was installing the windows and accidentally knocked over a bucket a bucket of paint on the home owner...I'll never forget is reaction followed by his respond when he told me it's all good don't sweat it that's all good after spoiling is brand new shoe

Please quote in both USD and Jamaican dollars. house is beautiful. need new lighter paints, with a big house like this it going to cost alot to repaint, need to remove grill from balcony upstairs. need to paved driveway and add electric gate. kitchen need to remodel. love the master bedroom and the closets inside but the layout is not good, the bathroom should be closed to bedroom the then the closet. Need landscaping, pool and some fruit trees in the back. Too much space in bedrooms and too little spaces for the closets. I didn't see a washroom, Not a pantry, and for this much space it could have a storage room. The layout of the entire house is not the best. But all this is easy fixed.... the only thing I see that might be challenging to fix is the layout of the master suite...... bottom line I loved it. Would negotiate with the price based on all the work need to be done...

The only thing about it is the bright paint I notice all the houses in Jamaica , the paints are very bright
Hi Pauline, I find that homeowners are now moving away from using bright paints. People are now leaning towards neutral colors especially in the new developments.

Looks dark and dated. The paint colours are hideous, ceilings could be higher for such a huge property. Definitely not worth all that dosh.
I think it's more classic now than dated... It'll be expensive to update so it will have to be sold to an older buyer or someone who appreciates older 90's design
The kitchen and bathrooms gotta go... I would paint everything on the inside in white.... I'm more of a neutral tone type of person

Some people are so critical!! The house is very large! The owners obviously love colours but paint is relatively cheap and the landspace is pretty good.
My dear, paint is not cheap in Jamaica and neither is the labour. The different colours are a bit much. The house is lovely tho.

I'll be building a small little cottage in the hills on a big land with a farm and fully self sustained. I'll survive whatever crash is coming and will want for nothing.
Also, for that price, the yard is deplorable. No paved driveway. The roads in the community should be prestine. Why can't black people/countries provide these things for their citizens?
