Duncan's Hills is a really nice community. This house in particular is very intimidating though. I wouldn't know the first thing to do with it.

A lot of property (4600 sq. ft.) + sea views for $325,000 USD. That is Townhouse price on the North Coast!! I love the master suite, open concept main floor, oversized rooms, spiral stairwell, multiple balconies (or terrace). The finishes reflect the price point which all can be customized easily based on individual preferences. The yard could use some TLC but again a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Trelawny is developing rapidly so this is a good buy for the buyer who can afford it.
They should have contacted Courts for furniture to properly STAGE the US$300,000.00 house 😎🏁

I agree. Staging, wall hangings, a garage door, and finished landscaping would have made this presentation more appealing . What was that in the basement? Paint cans? Unbelievable that those would have been left there when showing a house. 😮

The house is ok but it’s kinda confusing no much thought no put in it to me then you have a basement with no bathroom think the asking price is too much for it

That's 58 million....seems like a good price to me. Apartments in Kingston going for 60 million. Property needs work but I don't think you can build that for 60m now.....I'm building a 3 bedroom and it's close to 50 million

Quit advertising in US$. The property is in Jamaica, therefore the advertised price should be in J$. In general, the property is way overpriced considering the insufficient land mass (< 1/4 acre), antiquated design, it requiring TLC, and the overall design that does not flow coherently.
A beautiful, spacious home☺️ Would be more beautiful & worth the price IF it had yard space to plant fruit trees and have a garden. I dislike tile floors, prefer wood floors. The area must be VERY safe to not have Burglar Bars☺️ ( I dislike Burglar bars, think they're fire traps, but I understand the need to have them in certain areas) The doors don't look secure to me. Overall, its a nice home for the right person. Thanks for sharing.👍

The rooms are spacious and I like the location but it as no cupboards in bathrooms, no closets for clothes,no dishwasher etc kitchen is small , no yard space, it need a whole lot more amenities to this house,. No space for outside relaxation. A no no.

Luv This listing. Looking at the walk-in closet, it's almost as large as a bedroom. Doesn't look like it needs much work. Only drawback is there nesrby construction - which I guess will soon be over.

For the size of the house the kitchen is way too small and there is not enough counter space in the bathroom of the master bedroom and a lot of wasted space

For this size house, the kitchen is not appealing at all.
First of all the house seems too big for the land. Second it has a lot of awkward spaces like the dining room and the area outside the master bedroom, Third the kitchen is too small, fourth all the bathrooms in this big expensive house are the type of bathrooms you find in a motel from the 70’s. Fifth those weird windows and massive brown double doors in the bedrooms. Sixth it’s not fenced and doesn’t have burglar bars. USD 285k max
I would have to lean more towards supporting the above comments! I really was expecting to see a much better design inside this house. I was disappointed.
What section in the basement can be used as the bedroom? I don't know about the v- shaped rooms of the house.
What about the grounds of the yard and landscape? Didn't see that. I don't know if I would recommend it.
based on what I saw from the entry video much curb appeal is incomplete if you ask me, most buyers in this price segment would love a turn-key house.

The sea view is only temporary. Wait till next door's house is finished and that's your view.
I know this house and the sea view is permanent. The sea view is from the front balcony and the house is already almost 20 ft above the front Neighbour (comparing ground levels). All houses in the Neighbour hood are restricted to building height of max 25 ft so the view is permanent. Same for the green belt on the side. If I had the funds, I would buy it. do a visit to confirm.

Why is it that some Jamaican is just jealous at the other Jamaican property,if it was the white people build that house. You wouldn't hear this kind of stupidity, because all those houses are very small houses. Five bedrooms is a very small house compared to some houses,I know in Jamaica growing up. In my community where I was born,there was a lot of white people living there and. Those people lived in mansion, there was a great house in my area,it was 20 bedrooms on over 3,500 acres of land. Where river run through the property for miles, those houses are some very small houses comparing to some houses in my area in St,Ann. The reason some people build big house, because they have a lot of children and. They need to lived properly and, sometimes you have family reunion. When you looked at some Rich guys in the united states,their house all up to 10 bedrooms,12 also 6 cars garage, theater room, games room, you named it.This person need to travel Jamaica to really see some mansion,then she wouldn't be saying this stupid argument at all.

I wish this was a turn-key house, lots of work needed to be done. Curb appeal not so much.
It’s a shame that there’s no accommodations for wheelchair access. They need think of these things whenever they are building these houses.
