Your drone video quality if very good....I already own a home, but I stopped over here a few weeks ago to look at the lots. The house were the largest I have ever seen, not even Cardiff Hall or Tower Isle have house that size. The empty lots are beautiful; if I had the money I would buy one of them to build.

I really hope the UDC/government is eyeing this area for major development, because there is a LOT of free areas ripe for development here. This land stretches all the way to Runaway Bay, and I'm sure if developed here, this would alleviate the business strain on Ocho Rios, St. Ann's Bay, and eventually Drax Hall.
On the other side of the road here, opposite to Plantation Village is some land that potential development could be established on. Some new natural attractions, commercial complexes or shopping centres/malls along the lines of what Ironshore/Rose Hall has.

Beautiful st Ann Jamaica no where in the world as nice as Jamaica we don't have any law restrictions as bad as some islands we are free not exactly to break the law but u no what I meant

Some of these houses are over scaled and actually look like hotels or whatever. They dwarf other properties and look out of place. By the way, where will Jamaica grow its food once all the prime farm land is used up to build these castles?🤔
Coastal properties are more suited for development rather than agriculture.
Jamaica has a lot of land especially in the interior.

How much are the lots going for?
Lots aren't being sold by one particular person. Different companies, entities and land agencies are responsible for sale of lots in this area.
right now, at minimum $130K USD for about a 13k sqft lot. so do the maths for an estimate idea.

@@jaunbonaysmith honestly i didnt verify that. i just visited the lot when making purchase. but im returning next month so i will certainly verify/confirm. just check bk with in exactly a month. i do know however the ocean is right across the road. like a hop skip jump lol and Ochi Rios is right down the road 10-15mins most.
