Kirkland Heights is an affluent neighborhood. Location is key. That apartment in the country side would be less or even Mosquito swamp Portmore. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

You are mostly paying for the location. This works out to be over 300k+ USD. It’s a little pricey for the sqft in my opinion. But I love the location.
There should be a soaking tub not a shower lovely home. It's a steal.....

But they are not targeting the average Jamaican brethren. They are targeting Affluent Jamaicans in America, Canada and UK . Remember LOCATION in real estate is more than the actual house. Red Hills, Kirkland Heights is an affluent neighborhood. You don't have to worry about low lives and their night noises from ghetto slums. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

Jamaican developers lack imagination. No inspiration whatsoever. Where is the elevator? Why is the fridge place where the L-shape is, reducing the space and creating a bottle neck. Where is the space for the microwave, why is the owner/renter force to use up valuable countertop space to put a microwave. Where is the storage in this apartment. None in the bathroom. Why in this age you install a pedestal sink in a modern bathroom. Where do they put makeup, toiletries. Why is the bed directly in front of the window. When you are design picture the likely placement of furniture

For a condo? $356k USD!! No way. These people are ripping of Jamaican. Go look up what you will get in the USA for that price.
They're going over board with the prices in some areas, but again it comes down to location.
Its that way with everything in Jamaica as the MONEY flow into the island "no normal". Think Chinese money, then tourism, remittances, lottery guys, and of course the "trans shipment" money for the Coca. A large segment of Jamaica have serious, serious money

Rather build my own for that price with similar yard gate two big bad Rottweiler and guards man, the everyday Jamaicans can’t even afford NHT houses who is this video catered towards tho? That one percent who is sitting on a couple hundred mill. 😂
Jamaican laundry rooms always look like after thoughts. The view is nice from Redhills but the road is atrocious and super busy with trucks and public transportation going up and down the hill. It's a turn off from the community for me.
This apartment lacks charm and character. Cheap finishes and the kitchen, bedroom and bathrooms are lacking in design and space for that price.
Nothing special about this place
Ugly everything. Its a no from me.
