Love all that's a mini mansion so spacious
That house is huge for the price, rooms are extremely large, have only 2 issues .... I personally don't care for colored bathrooms, some color as a border is one thing, but when the entire bathroom is of a specific color, the owner ends up losing some potential buyers, easier to change out border tiles than having redo the entire wall. I would recommend paving off a small patio by the downstairs entrance where one could put 2 chairs some potted plant 🌱 to give the entrance way more appeal, it would take away that " live a backyard feel"
Love the house but I have the same issue with the bathrooms.

This is an awesome property. Very spacious bedrooms, living and yard space. I don't even care about the outdated look because I'd already have in my budget money to renovate any house I'm buying into my modern taste. Only downside is somewhat the location.

This home is not worth more than $80-$90 thousand dollars. The curb appeal says no, the aging in the yard needs redoing. The house needs painting in and out. The floors needs renovated to nice wood floor. The entire kitchen needs to be upgraded with new stainless appliances. The bathroom needs gutting and upgrading to more modern bathroom, tiles, shower, toilets and counter top. He whole dam house needs gutting. I really don’t know what you are talking about, but I know a lot about homes and that one I would not purchased only the land.

I don't understand when these people selling their homes why don't they clean it up to attract buyers the homes might be nice from the outside once you go inside it turns off someone like me who might be interested in purchasing the home .You need to have a better flow of how you do the presentation you are all over the place I get dizzy watching. Then I have to look at the plastic dated flowers .I look pass all the different colors on the wall that is cosmetic .They need to clean up the place before they put it up for sale .I watch you and when you go into some of the house you can see the disappointment on your face like what the hell .This is just my opinion I am a sales person so presentation is everything to me.
